J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. The cottage has been completely renovated by Amelie and Sylvain. The decoration was done tastefully in a Scandinavian atmosphere. The maisonette can accommodate up to 4 people+1 baby. Our cottage "Jardins de lune", adjoining our home, accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is located 2 km from the Saône and Véloroute 50 La Voie Bleue. With independent access and opening onto a large garden and fields, it will offer you an ideal setting for rest and relaxation. Recently furnished with natural materials (wood, earth-straw wall) that give it a simple and warm appearance, our cottage is well insulated and remains comfortable in any season.

Discover the (ORGANIC) vineyards of Coiffy, the wickerwork city of Fayl Billot, Langres: the 2nd largest walled city in France, Nogent cutlery. Our animal friends are welcome.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedalo, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

Nice cozy nest, perfect for a couple, business traveler or friends looking for greenery and calm. This small house located 15 minutes from Epinal and 20 minutes from the spa towns (Vittel, Contrex) has a terrace (south facing), a fitted kitchen, and a large private parking lot. Upstairs, you will enjoy a spacious bedroom with wardrobe, desk and walk-in shower.
