Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bourron-Marlotte

Very nice house with great garden, everything fit very well. Communication with Sarah and Christian was easy, we will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay in this very clean and tastefully decorated house. The small attentions on our arrival are reminiscent of hotel service, and everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests. The space is generous, the setting is quiet and not overlooked, which allows you to fully enjoy the place in peace. The service is worthy of a hotel. Kamelia and Max are accommodating. If you want to enjoy a peaceful haven, don't hesitate

I just want to start by thanking the amazing host. He welcomed us on arrival, making us feel right at home and even went through the effort to make us a delicious pie. The house was as described with a great selection of amenities and a very comfortable living space. Parking right outside the property made it all super easy. Check in was very flexible and we were given clear instructions on how everything worked. Really comfortable beds. A short walk from a very sweet town. 10/10 stay. Thank you again.

Beautiful house with a still enchanting garden. Everything was clean and the most important things on site. Laurent asked, without being intrusive, if everything was there and if we were satisfied. In summary, it was very nice and definitely worth a visit. Thanks a bunch

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

the house is in an idyllic place, in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The accommodation is very comfortable, very well equipped (especially with children). Many activities around. We were sad to leave it!

Our stay was highly enjoyable. We returned this year to Noelle's house for the second time as this was the best experience airbnb-wise around Fontainebleau. We brought friends and they immediately fell for the house as well. Looking forward to our next stay!

Very nice appartment in an atypic mansion, cozy and with an absolutely amazing terrasse. Bakery and other shops are in walking distance and it's also possible to go to the bouldering areas, even though Chartrettes is a bit less on the map of climbers than other villages. Evelyne was also very helpful, in short, we had a great stay.

The stay went very well! The apartment is very well located, consistent with the photos, clean and cozy. The bed is a real double bed, comfortable (even if it looks small in the photos). The accommodation is ideal and a good value for money. Note: the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator and the soundproofing is average. The hallway is shared with another Airbnb, the first day my neighbors were quite noisy (we could clearly hear the conversations and comings and goings). Fortunately, the rest of the stay was very quiet. I still recommend this accommodation for its comfort and location!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very nice and spacious. It was unfortunately very hot weather during our stay and we wish we had air conditioning, but most homes do not have it. Severine was very responsive, kind, very easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again, especially in cooler weather :)

It was our 2nd stay in the house and it is still as pleasant! A little paradise for families with lots of activities for children! We highly recommend it.

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

The house is located in a small village that can be visited. There is a bakery in front of the house and a restaurant a little further down on a square. The village is a 15-minute drive from Fontainebleau castle and close to the forest for walks. There is a very nice garden overlooking the roofs of the Village.

Our second stay here as a multigenerational family group and it was fantastic. Beautiful garden and house, so much for the kids to play with and we spent a lot of happy time there.

We had a very nice time. The house is very idyllic on the edge of the forest and a small town with a bakery is within walking distance, so we could have fresh croissants for breakfast every day. Biliana was always easy to reach. You should perhaps know that one bedroom is a passageway to the next bedroom.

We were super happy with the accommodation from the first moment and felt super comfortable. We really had a great time. You really have complete peace and quiet and can only feel good. The hosts were also immediately helpful when questions arose. Break-in top!

Had a wonderful stay at Kapla House. Very nice house, very well designed and furnished, in a beautiful green setting. Our hosts were very welcoming, gave us a lot of good recommendations and made our stay easy and very enjoyable. Total disconnection 30 minutes by train from Gare de Lyon.

We had a lovely time! Emilie and Grégoire are very kind, welcoming and responsive. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste and enjoying a large well-maintained garden that made our daughters delighted! We were able to do a lot of activities with the kids around. I would highly recommend it!
