Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Mit Wohnmobil-Gasheizung und kleiner elektrisch ausgestatteter Kochecke. Im nah gelegenen Haus befindet sich Gemeinschafts-Badezimmer mit Dampfsauna. Die Waldrandlage verspricht Ruhe und Erholung. Wir sind eine junge Familie und bieten euch eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Landkreis Kassel – gestaltet nach dem Motto „Wie für mich selbst“. Zur Wohnung gehören eine ca. 20 m² große, teilüberdachte Terrasse sowie ein Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: von Gewürzen und Gesellschaftsspielen über Waschmaschine, Fliegengitter bis hin zu Pflegeprodukten. Ruhig gelegen, die Documenta-Stadt Kassel ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Our comfortable, newly designed apartment (70 m²) is located in the beautiful Vor-Harz in a rural area. The tranquil town of Badenhausen (about 1600 inhabitants) is a good starting point for an active vacation or simply to unwind. Hikes or bike rides in the Harz Mountains can be started directly. E-bikes can be safely parked and charged. In the village there are small shops for everyday needs and some restaurants.

Charming 3-room apartment in the city center

The fully equipped 3-room apartment is located within the old city walls, within walking distance to the pedestrian zone. One parking space is available right by the house. It has two bedrooms. One with a box-spring bed (180 cm), the other bedroom with a bunk bed. For the children, there is a toy box with various board games. In the apartment is a washer/dryer unit with which you can dry your laundry directly.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

It invites you to hike through its direct proximity to nature. The apartment is close to the field and forest. The ground floor apartment is situated at 2-family house and has its own entrance.
