Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will stay out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Grab a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. It's hard not to fall in love - both instead and with each other.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
