We offer you a unique villa in close proximity to the spa metropolis of Karlovy Vary with direct access to the forest. The house has a relaxation terrace on the first floor, a pool table and table football in the hall. There's an open fireplace and an outdoor hot tub by the house. Near the house there are bike paths and hiking trails, the building is on the edge of the Ore Mountains. So an ideal place for a pleasant holiday Privacy for visitors is provided by a completely fenced plot with mature trees around the perimeter and with its own parking lot.

The upper rooms have air conditioning. Kitchen is fully equipped. Free parking spot in a parking lot approx. 1.5 km from the apartment. Suitable for couples and families.

V mrazivých dnech se není čeho bát, nová kachlová kamna maringotku krásně vytopí a voda nepoteče z vodovodu, ale bude pro vás i tak nachystána😊 Po dohodě je možné zajištění snídaně do košíku s doručením.

V Krušných horách nedaleko Karlových Varů a Božího Daru v malé vesnici jsem si vytvořili naše útočiště. S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.
