We were in Manziana for a wedding. The apartment was in the perfect location with everything we needed. Communication was easy and all our questions were answered quickly. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Carlotta's property is simply gorgeous... super clean, lots of light, decorated to a high standard, close to San Pietro station... for this with lots of luggage or less able to walk, worth being aware that the walk from San Pietro to the apartment is fairy steep in places. Other than that, check-in was super easy, Carlotta offered us loads of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the local area and across Rome. The apartment itself was exactly as it appears in photos... an absolutely gorgeous space, earning an easy 5-stars all round from us. I'd definitely stay here again if we came back to Rome.

Ariane’s place was lovely, clean, and a quick walk from the train station. Ariane was a great and responsive host and provided us with some local recommendations!

Wonderful flat in a perfect location, well equipped for a long stay. Very comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage space, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant sitting room. The host was super polite and arranged an additional cleaning at his expense. The flat is in a truly perfect spot but it is also very quiet. One of the best trattoria (da teo) is right opposite it. Would wholeheartedly recommend even for a longer stay - Grazie

Lovely host, really helpful and responsive both before checkin and during our stay. Apartment is exactly as described, and very well located for the centre of Bracciano, which is a lovely Italian town and a good base for exploring Rome with cheap and frequent trains to the city

lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Andriana was a phenomenal host! She showed us around and was quick to respond. The place was beautiful, exactly as described. She left us juice, water and snacks which was nice after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for a beautiful stay! Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.

I can't recommend Francesca's beautiful apartment highly enough. It was both quiet and peaceful, and yet well located in a great area of Rome. We had an amazing time!!!

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

The apartment is really beautiful and matches the photos uploaded in the listing. It is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. We always walked to visit the city. Pietro Maria is very helpful and when we needed some guidance he immediately provided us with all the necessary information. The real gem is the apartment's garden 😉 Highly recommended!

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Paola is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, friendly and always available for whatever you need. the place is a coastal town to stay, the tranquility of the place to relax is excellent. supermarket nearby, super-equipped kitchen, utensils so you can cook whatever you want, excellent cleanliness. absolutely recommended for those who want to relax and tranquility.
