Holiday rentals with a patio in Bradenton

Perfect place for an individual or couple. Very clean and well thought out. Nice neighborhood with parks and bike trails nearby. I could bike to my mom’s on just the bike trails. The host is very friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood has wild peacocks that are fun to watch.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

we have stayed at Shorewalk several times while down visiting the grandson's. We really liked this spacious floor plan and proximity to the pool. Hannah and Helen were very helpful and responsive to messages.

I had a great time staying here. The apartment is adorable and has everything you could need. Very close to Clearwater beach with restaurants and a grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Tim!

Caroline & her husband were super helpful & great with communication. I used all of the amenities (kitchen, laundry, backyard) and all were the perfect addition to feeling right at home. The airbnb is a cozy gem as described. would definitely stay again ☆☆☆☆☆

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

Great place as described. Kids loved the pool and the shade by the pool is 💵💵💵.

My family enjoyed the stay, it is a comfortable house and perfect to disconnect, I loved the pool and it is very close to the beaches.

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

The house was ideal for our needs and exactly fit the description in the listing. Everything was clean and well maintained. All of the kitchen equipment we needed was available. If you’re looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of beaches, this is a good fit with fantastic outdoor space.

Verushka responded to my questions and concerns before our stay in a very timely manner. The home was awesome! Just as described by the pictures. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. It always makes your stay much more enjoyable when you have an incredibly clean and comfortable place to call home while you are away. That is just how we felt. They thought of all the little details to make our stay more comfortable including the welcome gifts. Loved the coffee bar!! It was stocked very well. What ever you would like. Spacious rooms to move around in. The bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the many options of patios and outside furniture to relax on. The grill was new which we had many wonderful dinners on. My sister joined us for five days and she absolutely loved it as well. So in conclusion we would highly recommend this home! Kudos to Verushka and Island Time AMI Rentals! Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

Nice little hideaway spot. Quiet clean and comfortable. The putting green is a nice touch.

Even better in person than the photos. Was blown away at theming. Great communication throughout. Very convenient location for event and awesome views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

Alison went above and beyond to make this trip everything and more. she was responsive, personable and kind. would stay here again and recommend to family/friends. five stars!

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended
