Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bramley

Christy’s place is truly a dream to come back to after a long day exploring the Margaret River region. Well kept, quality finishings and amenities - we really couldn’t ask for more. It’s so peaceful to wake up to parrots chirping and the trees swaying in the early-winter breeze. We hope to be back again some day!

It was a great place to stay and convenient if you like to take walks around the neighbourhood.

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one is easily right up there with the best. Only a 10-15 minute drive from the main town centre. It’s tucked just off the main road , not too deep in, but still wonderfully private. It’s surrounded by stunning forest and majestic Karridale trees. The house itself is probably one of the most well-equipped Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. From the kitchen to the laundry to the bathroom - everything you need is there, and then some. Most Airbnbs might have a basic hairdryer.. this place had everything you’d need for a full salon blowout ! 😂 Our family of five had such a lovely stay. It can get chilly due to the timber structure and light insulation, but the heaters in the rooms and the cosy fireplace kept us warm and comfortable throughout. We are back in Perth city and already miss it. Highly recommended !

What a wonderful home away from home! This was our first trip away as a family with our little 20 month old toddler. The house was beautiful, comfy bed and plenty of space for our little one to run around inside and out! Added bonus when we found some toys and books for her to play with and read too. The property itself is beautiful, so peaceful and calming and getting to see the Kangaroo's was the cherry on top! We weren't far from the town centre so it was the perfect location. I really didn't want to come home! Andrea was a pleasure to communicate with and I can't thank her enough for having us stay at Roo's Leap Retreat. We would definitely stay here again!! 😊

Everything you need to spend time in Margaret River. Close to everything, and a peaceful house to rest in after the busy day. We were a family of 4 with 2 small children and everything was provided

I truly enjoyed our stay in Francine & Sam’s home. The house is exactly the same as the photo which is very cozy and well decorated. Also, their house is very easily located through google map. The house is very clean and is a truly getaway place from the city. We especially like their dog - Harry who will come along to play with us. I would miss Harry a lot and it makes our trip more memorable.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Haven! Fantastic, peaceful location so close to town but in nature. It was a relaxing and luxurious stay, with wonderful extras including thoughtful provisions. We had some friendly magpies visit us each day and loved hearing and seeing other birds. Jen and Ali were amazing hosts and even spoilt us with some delicious chocolate mousse pie for dessert one evening.. We’d definitely look to stay again if we come back to Margaret River. We had a fantastic stay at this farmstay — the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Everything felt relaxed and enjoyable. The animal farm was fun and property is peaceful and well-kept, with the bonus of a convenient froyo shop just next door, which was a big hit with the kids. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The trampoline provided endless fun. It was the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and family-friendly fun — we’d love to come back!

Our family of 5 (2 adults 2 kids & 1 baby) stayed here for 3d2n while visiting the Margaret River region. It had everything we need (cooking + laundry settled quickly) and we felt right at home after a long drive in. The kids loved it! The place is not big but really cosy, extremely clean, and comfy. Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were available, including fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and clean toilets with a bathtub. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, yet close to great restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. They even left a small welcome gift, which was a lovely touch! Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was simply wonderful. Moira's instructions were easy to understand and helpful to locate the place. The house was amazingly cosy and had everything we need. She even had some games and my boys definitely enjoyed the Twister. Thank you for preparing such a beautiful stay for us Moira. Just wished we had stayed longer!

This is the second time we stayed at Rachel’s place. The beds again were so comfortable the couch was soft and cosy and its next to the town centre. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again

Lisa’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was private and had peaceful surroundings. The furnishings and bedding are top quality and she goes above and beyond, providing oils, moo goo and natural quality products. We had a lovely platter on arrival and were greeted by Lisa and her gorgeous little dog, who paid us cute morning visits each day 💗 The bathroom is of such high quality too. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend her place to stay in whilst in Yallingup. Thank you so much Lisa 🤗

Very clean and tidy place. Attention to detail was very impressive. From Continental breakfast to toiletries, entertainment options provided. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and even more excited about coming back to the area so we can stay here again.
