Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

In 2020, we completely renovated the house & garden with attention to detail and stylishly furnished it. The apartment is very quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the city park. As the geographical center of SH, Nortorf is an ideal starting point for numerous activities.
