NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

The apartment consists of one large room. The apartment has a total of 45 square meters and consists of a large room in which the sleeping, living, cooking and dining area is located. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for 1-2 people. Storage space is provided by the wardrobe in the hallway as well as a chest of drawers in the living area. The terrace has a south view. The kitchen has 4 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge as well as oven/microwave combination and a fully automatic coffee machine.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.
