Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's Atelier is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut. Art and nature lovers will find everything they're looking for here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun during breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

We’re based at the ‘end of the world’, at the foot of the imposing Bischofsmütze, and rent out our newly built flat on the top floor. The view takes in the forests and the Gosaukamm. Walkers and mountaineers benefit from the location; you can set off straight from the front door into the Gosaukamm area and up to the alpine pastures. Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

This 500-year-old house in the historic center of Hallstatt was renovated with a lot of love for detail. Here, the history of Hallstatt is noticeable everywhere. Lake Hallstatt is only 30 m away and from the premises and the garden you have a wonderful lake view. On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with coffee.
