Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brea

Some photos were not accurate was given less than 20 hours at the Airbnb due to check in being later in the day and checkout being super early in comparison and host wanted more money to check in early and Checkout later

Perfect place for a family trip to Disney. Jim and Deb applied a lot Disney style decorations to he house. Kids are very happy with the toys, books and game room. Dogs are happy with the back yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had some good sleep. Will def visit again

Martha was a great host for me and my friends! The space was very tidy and clean, included everything that is mentioned on the listing, and was responsive when messaging her during our stay.

Great place and location for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was access to streaming services for relaxation. Basic kitchen utensils and pans available. We cooked quite a bit. The kitchen could use dish towels, new sponges for each new reservation, and a few more bowls/plates. Hand towels would be nice for the bathroom but we were able to use the washcloths for most of our needs. My only complaint was of the cleanliness. We found a used hairbrush, toiletries, several pacifiers, and snack wrappers in the bedrooms. The outdoor furniture was very dirty so we were unable to use it. There is a smaller table available, which we enjoyed, but it only had two chairs. The pillows did not have any protectors and the duvet inserts and mattress covers were quite stained. Aside from this, the house was exactly what we needed for our stay. Communication with the hosts was friendly and easy. Easy access to freeways, amenities, and food.

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

Me and my family really enjoyed the place. The HOME was very nice clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful as well. The host got back with me right away when I needed help with anything. I would definitely stay there again and refer anyone else I know that’s looking for a nice Airbnb.

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are a family of 6 from the Philippines and we stayed in Darcy's place for almost a month. We were just so happy with everything and it was truly our home away from home. The house is near a bus stop so if you are like us who is OK with taking public transport, this is very helpful as well. Darcy is such a gracious host making sure all that we needed was taken cared of, thanks so much Darcy! Given a chance in the future, we will definitely stay again here.

We stayed for over a month, host was always very attentive, answered all questions in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay as we are waiting for assisted housing for my disabled father. Geoff was always accommodating to unexpected issues that arose on my end. The studio home has everything needed for a lengthy stay or short. My father was comfortable watching movies and sitting on the porch at night. Thank you Geoff for being such a spectacular host! A++++

We had a great stay at Sean & Danielle's place. They were super responsive when we asked to book their place very last minute due to our original plans falling through and the unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was plenty of room for us, our dog, and our baby. The unit was also peaceful and despite being connected to the main house, we didn't hear a single thing the entire time we stayed. Sean & Danielle were also flexible with our dog and check-out was easy.

Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and nice apartment. Close to lots of places to eat. Will def come back if I am in the area.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! We are definitely going to return here next time we go to Disneyland! The location and size are an amazing value. We were so impressed with the extra amenities for our baby (pack and play, high chair, baby gates) and for ourselves (plenty of extra outlets/surge protectors, lots of towels including makeup cloths). The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean with everything was clearly labeled (light switches, wifi code, cabinet contents, etc.). We would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for proximity to Disneyland, good amenities, and great host communication.
