Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

Only a few hundred yards walk to a fabulous village tea room and a great country pub both serving good food. Theres a medieval castle, a 13th Century monastery and you’re literally within touching distance of the historical Bailey Gate.
