The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quietly located and about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. A car park can be provided upon request.
