The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Great flat with mountain view! The flat is your perfect starting point for a great time in the Kitzbühel Alps. Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. The cozy apartment in traditional Tyrolean style is located on the first floor of our apartment building and covers a spacious 81 m2. In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.

The large kitchen is equipped with a Swedish stove, and the farmhouse parlor is another cozy room featuring a tiled stove. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, all furnished with comfortable double beds. For your personal wellness, we offer 2 bathrooms with an infrared cabin, where you can relax and rejuvenate your muscles after an active day in the mountains. Additionally, there are 2 WCs available for your convenience.

Vacation home Dohr

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The apartment has 1 living-dining area with a very good quality sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, anteroom, satellite TV, bed linens, towels and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, baby crib, high chair, and stair gate are also available. Wi-Fi and LAN work perfectly. Hiking, skiing and cycling are no problem in the area.

Single apartment in the house directly on the lake

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
