The 56 m² property occupies a well-insulated attic, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

A few minutes away are the lakes Titisee and Schluchsee and ski Lifts as well as Badeparadies Titisee.
