We loved it. Thoughtfully and well stocked with cooking supplies and things to do. Great location! And the house is amazing. Felt like we should be touring it instead of staying in it. Even my 7 year old keeps begging me to take him back. Highly recommend

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Strongly recommended. Immaculate property in terms of convenience, sense of safety, location, amenities, cleanliness and interior decor. Landscaping is well maintained. We had some special needs, I had to request prior and host accommodated to them. They are responsive to in situ situations and were quick to help on a Sunday. Walking distance from bespoke cafes. Great stay overall

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Was an amazing place. Beautiful and peaceful. Plan to stay there again when visiting our daughter at Lipscomb University.

This spot is a nice small home as described in the town of Nolensville. My brother and I were on a writing trip and had never been to this part of Tennessee, but it turned out to be very cozy. You are probably 30 minutes outside of town (with traffic, which is not bad) in a cute little town. There is a coffee/donut shop within walking distance which was very nice to have in the mornings. The whole house was pretty clean, we never got the feeling we had to "tip-toe" around or anything. There was some dust in spots but we had also moved furniture around to make room for the writing setup. The dust however was severely outweighed by the fact that the neighbors offered to have us over for a crawfish boil which we were very sad to not be able to attend as we were there for a wedding, however it was nice to know the neighbors were so welcoming even though we had never met before. Another thing worth adding, we never had any concern about break-ins or safety. It is a very secure spot

The kitchen was ideal for preparing the big family dinner we had planned, and the yard gave the kids plenty of room to run and play until they were worn out. Amazing place and the best hosts! I rented this place for my bridesmaids and their dates to stay over my wedding weekend and we had the best time. We were able to spread out, cook, get our hair and make up done in their beautiful dining room, and even host some friends. Could not recommend more highly! Made the weekend!

Evane was a very responsive host! She gave us great instructions and worked with my group and I to ensure our stay was as we wanted. The apartment was very clean and spacious. She left us super awesome chocolates from her shop next door as well! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the Nashville area!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

Great location just off 12th South. Ideal spot for a couple or small family on a weekend trip to Nashville. Would recommend to friends and family

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

Arrived late but found the home easily, right off the highway, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was amazing, with a wonderful waterfall shower with room for two. A very nice romantic getaway for the wife and I on our anniversary. Will absolutely look at staying there again when traveling through Nashville.

Edy's place was wonderful. The patio was a great place to relax in the evening and watch the pollinators in the garden. The hosts were very kind and attentive. If a country setting is what you're after, her place is 10/10. They were even accommodating to allow me to store my bicycle indoors so it was out of the rain. Next time we're in the area we would love to stay again.

Christy's place was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. I also liked that it was tucked away in its own peaceful neighborhood with some easily accessible cafes. I really enjoyed myself.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

The condo was very cute and in a great location! The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this stay.

This studio was super cute and clean! The guide sent for the property and area was top tier. There is a walkable area around the studio and Broadway is a 10 minute drive. Hattie B’s, mentioned in the guide, is walkable from the studio and super delicious! The pool was clean and easy to get in and out with the code given. Theres so much more to see in the area which makes the feel homely, mean while crazy fun Broadway is just up the road! The neighborhood felt safe, clean and quiet. The host checked in to make sure all was well, we did not need them but I’m positive if we did, they would accommodate. This was not the original place we booked for our wedding anniversary, but I’m so glad this is where we ended up. Thank you so much to Megan and family for a great stay! I’m certain we will be back! 😊

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.
