Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. We had a great stay in the apartment offered by Emmanuel and Marie. The check-in instructions are clear and the key box makes it easy to access the rental quickly. Emmanuel and Marie are very friendly, attentive and their presence at the delicatessen, located on the ground floor, allows a very appreciable direct contact. The apartment is well located, functional, well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated, and is conducive to a relaxing vacation. You can easily park your vehicle in the two nearby parking lots. Port, beach, shops are within walking distance. The Cotentin charms us every time we visit and we will be happy to come back.

Thanks to Ann and Mark for their attentiveness and genuine interest in our wellbeing during our 3 night stay. The apartment was beautifully appointed, perfectly bijou and everything we needed as a base to explore the island. Ann helpfully provided some recommendations before we arrived. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and the liberation buses a short walk away giving easy access to the wonderful Gorey and St Helier. Having a host that cares so much really does make a huge difference.

Superbly well located accommodation, close to all shops and restaurants but also to the historical sites of the region. It's even more spacious than we thought, and the view of the harbor and beach is exceptional. We are very satisfied with our week-long stay here!

Very nice house, perfect for two! Great for holidays with dog, the garden is very well fenced. The jacuzzi is great and certainly a highlight! Really nicer than the pictures! Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), roof terrace upstairs, terrace with jacuzzi downstairs, washer and dryer, bikes, a car parking space, close to the sea and quiet! Really nice is also a basket of dog blankets and bowls.

This beautiful house is highly recommended. First of all, due to the beautiful location with beautiful views on two floors (living room and bedroom) that you can't get enough of. But especially because of the peace and quiet, while all the comforts such as supermarkets and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. However, the most important thing was the hospitality: Anne-Francoise and Adeline made for an unforgettable experience! Ps note: there is no television. The internet is also not really fast. For us, no problem at all.

We had a good stay in Barneville! The accommodation is completely in line with the description and photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome travelers, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with young children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

Very clean and functional accommodation in a green and very quiet village, close to all amenities in Saint Lo. Possibility of entering the motorcycle in the garage. Conveniently located for visiting the landing beaches and the area. Welcoming host, good advice, very discreet but available.

We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

The place was nice, very clean and comfortable. The only trouble was locating it, there were no pictures of the outside and building did not look like a private residence. The check in instructions were on the app so I didn’t know to look for an additional email. But some came right out to assist us

Beautiful views, easy check in, lovely clean and well equipped room. Meeting the rescued ducks a particular highlight for the children! Would be nice to have a bit more outdoor seating if possible.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.
