Nice apartment in the center of the small town of Neuenstein. Nearby is the castle, the church and the park. Within walking distance are 3 restaurants, 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets and 1 butcher. The apartment is on the upper floor with a shared entrance door and staircase, but with its own apartment door. There is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe as well as a private balcony. In the second room there is the kitchen, a dining area and an additional sofa bed.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

This spacious130sqm new apartment is located on the upper floor of an ecological wooden house. Also with this expansion, care was taken to use natural materials, to minimize electrosmog and radio loads. Powerful Internet (WiFi ) also available for home office. This apartment consists of 3 rooms kitchen and bathroom for 5 people. A pavilion in the garden as well as the swimming pond offer all possibilities of relaxation in good weather.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The 45 square meter apartment is close to Öhringen, Heilbronn and Schwäbisch Hall. Equipped with high comfort. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
