We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We loved our stay in Frances’ cozy and lovely apartment. Everything is walkable in this sweet downtown location but it felt quiet and private at the same time. The deck is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. Storage and efficiency is excellent in the kitchen and bathroom. Space, light and breezes were plentiful.

My son and I had a wonderful weekend visit to Eastham. Min's place was very clean, comfortable, and cosy. Coffee bar was well stocked and much appreciated!

We had a wonderful week visiting familiar places and exploring new ones. Mary was a great hostess and the downstairs apartment more than met our simple needs. Quiet. Easy to find. Close to good restaurants and beaches. And the flock of turkeys that strolled through the yard occasionally were entertaining.

Diana and Greg's place is a wonderful place to stay, brimming with nature, quaint and comfortable living space and wonderful hosts. A nice walk to the beach, enjoyed the birds and frog sounds were the highlights and Orleans allows the entire Cape Cod to be accessible under an hour drive. An awesome weekend adventure and appreciate Diana and Greg opening up their doors! Cheers!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Our stay at this charming, one-bedroom cottage was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its storybook charm—complete with a white picket fence and blooming flowers. Inside, the exposed beams and cozy décor gave it the perfect blend of rustic and coastal charm. We started every morning on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds—it truly felt like a hidden sanctuary. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (not always easy to find but greatly appreciated), and every detail felt considered. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find within its white cabinets. It was quaint and quiet, but still conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and Cape Cod magic. We'd come back in a heartbeat and hopefully have slightly better weather!!

A lovely home with plenty of space, well equipped for a couple or family with young children. The bed was huge, and so comfortable! Comfortable lounge for chilling out in front of the big smart TV, good kitchen with modern appliances. We made use of the gas grill for BBQ, and it was great to have the 2 bikes available to use, with the cycle trail 2 minutes away. Chatham is a great location, a lovely main street, restaurants and shops, 20 minute walk away or a short drive with plenty of parking. We'd recommend "Pain d'Avignon" for great coffee, and lovely bistro food for lunch. Great communication from Godelieve from the moment we booked, good information in advance, through check-in. Responsive and helpful with any small queries. We had a lovely time, thank you, we'll be back.

Jen’s house was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear just how much love and care has gone into every detail. The photos already convey a warm, inviting vibe, but somehow being there in person is even better – which seems impossible, but it’s true!Also, the place was spotless and beautifully maintained. I was delighted by the fact that it was super clean and well-equipped. Also, Jen herself was wonderful – responsive, kind, and full of great recommendations. Every place she suggested to eat or explore was spot on. We especially loved the nearby Snowy Owl Coffee around the corner. The location of the house was also perfect: central enough to easily reach spots like Chatham, Harwich, and more, yet tucked away right next to a nature reserve, so it felt peaceful and private. One unexpected highlight were the bunnies, beautiful birds (incl. a hummingbird!) and calming nature sounds that we soaked up while sitting on the deck and in the kitchen or livingroom.

Our stay with Walt was incredible! The place came exactly as described and matched all of the photos. It also had all of the necessary ammenities when hosting large group of 11 people. Plenty of places to sleep, plenty of blankets and towels. Walt was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with when I had questions while we were in his residence. 10/10 would recommend!!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! The home is pristine, cozy, and situated in a lush neighborhood - highlights are the beautiful screened in patio and fire pit. Their yard is pure bliss! The basement is also great for kids and to watch movies. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A+ location - peaceful neighborhood with excellent access to bike paths, hikes, restaurants and beaches. Truly had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to unwind or a jumping off point to explore the Cape, this is your spot. Bonus: Alex was incredibly communicative and provided great recommendations during our stay. Best host we’ve had. Thank you Alex! We can’t wait to book here again!

We had a great 4 night stay! Things were easy to find and the cozy property is very well located on the Cape. We loved being in closing walking distance to the beach - took us 4 minutes. The home is tidy and well appointed. We loved the porch and access to beach chairs, etc.

Jane’s lovely home was the perfect stay for me and my girlfriend! It was exactly as described, a beautiful antique classic home. The yard was super peaceful to sit and relax in, and was delightfully landscape. Not an issue at all, but if you are a taller person you do have to watch your head in the doors. The location is what really stood out to us. It is almost perfectly in the middle of the cape (and in a more quiet area). This allowed us to go anywhere we wanted super easily. Because of this we had a perfect week and explored much of what the cape had to offer. It is also very close (3-5 minute drive) to the beach which is perfect for sunsets. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better week, and this house/location was a big part of that! We highly recommend a stay here, and will hopefully be back in the future!

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

One of our favorite places we have stayed anywhere. Clean, trendy, perfect location for enjoying Main St. Lots to see with a short walk. Visited several other towns in the Cape, Chatham is by far the most charming. The couch was very big wrap around that all 4 of us could lounge comfortably. We will be staying again!

Perfect for a long weekend trip to Cape Cod. The condo was exactly as described and conveniently located near downtown Chatham. Highly recommended Chatham Sunrise for breakfast (walking distance).

Wonderful stay !! Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for us. It was immaculate with very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels too. It really had everything we needed! Nick was very responsive and accommodating, would not hesitate to stay here again !!

Joanne’s place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space and it would work well for an extended stay. It’s quite near the beaches and harbor in Dennis/Quivet Neck, and there is a good restaurant (Marshside) with a scenic view that is a short walk away. Easy to find, although if you check in at night a flashlight will be very helpful. ;-) The kitchen was small but usable, and the refrigerator was modern and had plenty of room.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condition, really clean, easy parking, and great location right at the Ocean Edge resort. Rob was an excellent host, super communicative and responsive. Would stay again!

My wife and I wanted a little end of summer get away and we couldn’t have been happier choosing Alexa’s condo at Ocean Edge! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything we could have wanted for our short vacation. Alexa was always very responsive and friendly, we’ll certainly be keeping her in mind for our next cape vacation! Highly recommend for small families and couples!
