Holiday rentals with a patio in Brezzo di Bedero

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Gladly again!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is tastefully and functionally furnished. The view of Lake Maggiore, the valleys & mountains is spectacular.

We were allowed to spend a week in this magnificent apartment. You can quickly walk to the city center, the shops and the lake. The large market on Wednesday is also within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and in the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook for yourself. We thank Michael very much for the loving welcome with all the necessary information. The communication was really positive at all times. In the apartment, we were even provided with various groceries, such as spices, coffee, tea, sparkling wine, snacks, etc. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back. Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

The stay with Marco was great. The property is very nice, quiet, large and you can use everything. A true children's paradise with giant trampoline, football gates, vehicles, etc. The accommodation itself is small but nice. The communication in advance was great, incl. Video with directions! In general, Marco and his family are super friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back :)

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). I think we have found the best solution for our spontaneous Milan trip. Thank you Luca.

Barbara's apartment is very nice above Lagos. We enjoyed the great view on the terrace every evening. The apartment is exactly as described and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Barbara is super nice and even spoiled us with a homemade foccacia and apricots from her garden. She also gave us good tips for activities. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment.

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The Rustico is furnished with great attention to detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

We had a great vacation in Marco's apartment. Patrizia and her dog Lilli are on site and super nice. No matter what, she always helps and gives tips for the area. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

We enjoyed the vacation very much and felt comfortable right away. The old house has a lot of charm and the garden is a paradise: palm trees, flowering hydrangeas and many beautiful seating areas that invite you to linger. Our children were very happy that there was even a swing and a sandbox. It is totally quiet and you can relax really well in the garden or on the roof terrace. The location is very nice, as you can reach both Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano in about 15 minutes by car. We loved the winding staircase, but for people who can't climb stairs well, the house is not suitable. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Cristian’s place was dreamy! The balcony was absolutely stunning and the accommodations were perfect! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space and Cristian thought of everything! We had a lovely snack and cold drinks waiting for us, which was an especially lovely touch.

A place to breathe – with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore We enjoyed our stay in this house! The absolute highlight was the breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Maggiore – be it at breakfast on the terrace or at sunset in the garden. The spacious garden is a true haven of peace, ideal for unwinding and recharging in the middle of nature. The house is well equipped, clean and lovingly cared for. If you are looking for peace, privacy and nature, you will find it here. A note on arrival: The footpath from the parking lot or garage to the house takes about 8–10 minutes and leads via a partly bumpy hiking trail. In case of rain, it can get slippery, and with heavy luggage, the path quickly becomes difficult – here good shoes and possibly a luggage car are beneficial. Nevertheless, the path is worth it – because at the end there is a small paradise with panoramic views, silence and pure nature.

We enjoyed the view of Lake Maggiore from every room. There were also pleasant places to relax in the garden. Hiking trails start right by the house. Branched lanes lead to the lake, the shop (please pre-order fresh bread) and restaurant, often away from car traffic. We recovered well and would be happy to come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place. She was so kind, always quick to respond, gave great recommendations on local cuisine and flexible. The home is located very close to a small beach area and right over the bridge are a wonderful selection of amazing restaurants and cafés. Would definitely recommend! Even without the full kitchen, the place was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our toddler and Alessandra was also happy to accomodate our needs (baby bed, bathtub and high chair). The air conditioning is amazing for those hot summer days and the outdoor patio was wonderful, especially with the plants! Please note that the outdoor area is shared with the host as well as another airbnb listing from the host right next door. The other couple was very friendly though and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!!

The stay at Cascina Lavanda was truly a breath of fresh air! A perfect place to unplug from the daily chaos. My dog and I immediately felt at home: the apartment is spacious, super cozy, and that veranda overlooking the greenery... a wonder! Afternoon and nights spent in total relaxation, surrounded by nature and peace. A huge thank you to Luigi, who was very kind from the first moment: always available, attentive and full of useful tips on what to do in the surroundings. A true host! In addition, the location is very convenient to explore the towns around Lake Maggiore, all at your fingertips. In short, a beautiful experience in a corner of paradise. Thank you very much, Luigi!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.
