Cottage holiday rentals in Brianza

Siamo stati alla cascina per un Natale in famiglia. Gli alloggi e gli spazi hanno largamente superato le aspettative di tutti gli ospiti. Tutte le camere hanno un bagno, e la cucina e' eccezionale, provvista di tutto. La tavolata era stata preparata con cura e stile, e c'era ampio spazio per far giocare i bambini. Gli spazi comuni sono perfino provvisti di un camino e fuori c'e' un giardino con qualche gioco. Il patio, assolato di mattina, ha sedie bianche. Giovanna e' stata accogliente e gentile nel soddisfare ogni nostra domanda o richiesta e il luogo e' davvero speciale. Consigliatissimo.

Das kleine Haus besticht durch seine optimale Lage mit gradiosem Panoramablick auf den Comer See und die Berge von der Terrasse aus, dem eigenen Garten, der direkten Strandlage und dem eigenen Pool, der im Gegensatz zu den Fotos noch verbessert wurde. Ansonsten geben die Bilder einen realistischen Eindruck wieder. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus wirklich klein ist und es direkt an der in der Hauptsaison sicherlich recht belebten Strandpromenade liegt; also man sitzt auf der Terrasse sozusagen fast auf dieser Strandpromenade, die aber nur für Fußgänger zugänglich ist. Dafür ist es dann aber auch nur ein paar Schritte zum Ufer und hinten raus hat man ja auch noch den schönen Garten und einen kleinen Pool ganz für sich allein. Und in der Nebensaison dürfte dies ohnehin kein Problem sein, es ist alles sehr idyllisch. Daher ist die Unterkunft ein wirkliches kleines Paradies und vermutlich die beste in der direkten Umgebung. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen und hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Möblierung könnte ein wenig anspruchsvoller sein angesichts des Preises, andererseits macht die phänomenale Lage dies locker wett. Die Kommunikation mit Rita war hervorragend und unkompliziert und wir können diese Unterkunft daher von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Wir sind sehr froh, dieses Schmuckstück gefunden zu haben.

Amazing villa right on the lake - the view is breathtaking, and we had a wonderful stay. You can have a swim in the lake at any hour, and it’s 200m from the center of three village of Lierna - so really convenient! The villa is ideal for 6 people but can welcome up to 8. The design inside is quite … unusual but charming and very ‘rococo’ Andrea has been a fantastic host and was always extremely reactive, nice and helpful. I would love to come back next year !

Der Aufenthalt im Rustico war super! Es wurde für uns sogar ein Babybett in die 1. Etage trotz schmaler Treppe installiert. Ich werde die Unterkunft sicherlich weiterempfehlen. Der Garten ist auch in der Dunkelheit Dank der guten Beleuchtung benutzbar.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Beautiful place! Right inside a horse farm. The apartment is located on the second floor above the farm office. Two huge bedrooms and two very large bathrooms. New and clean washing machine. We traveled with our children and they were thrilled with the place. The owners of the property were very friendly and highly available by phone (whatapp) Great place!

If you want to disconnect from your routine and escape alone in nature, this place is perfect for you! It is surrounded by a beautiful forest with a view on the mountains. I would advise you to consider this mountain hut more as a shelter as you might spend most of your time outside (the interior is quite dark and not that clean). Stefano was really kind and responsive if we had any question! (And by the way, there is a super new compost toilet)

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

A great stay in a very charming apartment with a great host. The location is wonderful, a steep but short walk down to the centre of Bellano, with decent bars and restaurants in walking distance. Percival was very accommodating, responded rapidly and was able to share tips for the local area. A truly beautiful spot and a rare treat to have a private garden with such a stunning view

Liebe Deborah, ich danke euch für die tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Häuschen. Ich konnte die kurze Auszeit bei euch in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist überragend! 😊 Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und vor allem willkommen gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war von Beginn an sehr freundlich und herzlich. Keine Frage blieb unbeantwortet. Ich habe tolle Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants erhalten. In unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haus starten tolle Wanderwege, unter Anderem, zu zwei Wasserfällen! Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit! 🤗

We had a wonderful stay here! The bedrooms were very clean, each room had AC which is a luxury a lot of times and the bathrooms were spotless. Almost felt like a lux hotel but nice to have 3/4 rooms connect as it made us feel at home. Sergio was an amazing host, providing us with breakfast and cappuccinos daily. Everything was delicious we wish we could’ve have stayed longer! So we will definitely look at coming back!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Elena im oberen Haus. Uns hat es absolut gefallen, so wie auf den Bildern, sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, ideal um sich zu erholen. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht in einer super ausgestatteten Küche, Kräuter aus dem Garten verwendet, waren viel wandern und haben viel entdeckt. Elena war gut zu erreichen, hat uns beim Gepäcktransport geholfen, war mit guten Tipps immer ansprechbar. Die Kirchenglocken läuten stündlich, für uns war es kein Problem, eher friedvoll. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter, einen absolut erholsamen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Für uns war alles perfekt.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the boat ride was amazing. Thank you for reserving that for us. I’d recommend the 2 hour boat tour with tour of the famous gardens for the Villa del Babianello. If we were to do it again we would bring more food to grill at the nice charcoal bbq provided as restaurants are a jaunt down the hill and we would often just want to stay in. Lovely host and lovely place. Thank you!

Ich habe eine ruhige, schöne Zeit in diesem hübschen Haus verbracht. In der Küche gibt es fast alles, was man braucht (nur die Schere ist stumpf ;-). Auch die Aussicht ist sehr schön und das Onsernonetal ist wirklich super zum wandern. Die Wege sind etwas anspruchsvoll aber wunderschön. Das Dorf ist hübsch und im Restaurant gibt es viel selber gemachtes.

Une très belle semaine passée en famille dans les hauteurs et la fraîcheur (bienvenue!) du lac de Côme et de la magnifique ville de Varenna. Le logement se situe dans un écrin de nature. Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir un jacuzzi ! Les extérieurs sont très agréables et bien équipés ( salon de jardin, chaises longues) . L intérieur est très conforme à la description. Un bon emplacement pour découvrir à la journée le lac de Côme. nous avons également passé une journée à Milan en prenant le train à Varenna. Patrizia à été très réactive à toutes demandes d infos.

We had a magical few days at this wonderful house. Outstanding and quick communication from Debora and so, so easy to make ourselves at home. We could not have picked a better location on the Lake for getting around from and....my goodness.....the views from the property are breathtaking! Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable and we would love to return one day. Thank you so much for having us! x

tranquillo e vista mozzafiato. un pò lontano dal centro, quindi da ristoranti e supermercati, ma questo vuol dire anche tranquillo e con una fmvista spettacolare.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im Rustico von Julian. Das Rustico authentisch und wunderbar im alten Dorfkern integriert. Die Inneneinrichtung passend Alt / Neu designed und das alte Cheminée bringt eine schöne Stimmung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne zurück. Danke auch an Julian für die rasche Reaktion auf Fragen.

Die Unterkunft -ein altes Rustico-Steinhaus mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung in einer kleinen, ruhigen Siedlung mit ebensolchen Häuschen hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt: ein tolles, malerisches Haus in einer phänomenalen Umgebung in der Nähe des Flusses Verzsaca gelegen. Das Plätschern des benachbarten Brunnens, das dem Haus seinen Namen gibt, hat einen bei geöffnetem Fenster in den Schlaf gleiten lassen. Wieder aufgewacht motivierte der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster auf die Berge sofort zu Unternehmungen in der Natur. Stärken konnte man sich hierfür in der liebevoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Küche oder an auf der kleinen, wildromantischen, steinernen Terrasse, die von Kräutertopfen gesäumt war.

Een rustpunt in een drukke stad. Alles is goed beloopbaar. 10 min naar oude binnenstad. Met de trein naar Milaan, of met de boot over het meer. En na een dag met indrukken, lekker thuiskomen. Ontspannen. Auto in de buurt te parkeren. Niet altijd geluk en dan moet je overdag de parkeermeter gebruiken. Bakker is om de hoek en volop restaurantjes in Como te vinden. Het huis is mooi aangekleed. Keuken en badkamer compleet met alles wat je nodig hebt. Airco doet het goed vooral tijdens de warme zomerdagen.

It’s a wonderful place on the mountain with a magnificent view over the lake. The host is friendly and responsive, although it was a bit difficult to arrange a new check-in time when we were delayed due to car trouble. The house itself is wonderful, with a good shower, bedroom with a great view from the window and really comfortable bed, nice kitchen with more than enough utensils. There is nice terrace outside, where you can sit in total privacy, although the chairs could use an upgrade. But all in all we had a wonderful stay!

Das Cottage von Fausto ist wunderbar, um in Osteno Urlaub machen zu können. Es ist in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Terrasse gelegen. Im Haus ist alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Auf Fernseher und Wifi muss man allerdings verzichten. Der vorhandene Handyempfang (ist in den Bergen nicht immer garantiert) ermöglicht es jedoch Touren und Ausflüge zu planen. Vom Haus erreicht man innerhalb einer Minute den kleinen Ortskern. Hier gibt es zwei Bars und einen kleinen Minimarkt. Zum Strand läuft man noch mal eine Minute länger. Wenn man Ruhe sucht und unter Einheimischen urlauben möchte, können wir Osteno und Faustos Cottage nur empfehlen. Wir kommen garantiert irgendwann wieder.
