Fachwerkhaus im spätgotischen Stil, komplett im ökologischem Sinne renoviert. Es liegt direkt an der Mosel mit Blick auf die Marienburg und die Spitzen-Weinlagen von Pünderich und besitzt einen großen Garten mit Liegewiese und Frigidarium. Es ist ein Traumhaus in Traumlage: Man erreicht die Ferienwohnung durch den separaten Treppenturm im 2. Stock, sie besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum, Küche und kleinem Bad. Sie ist passend zum Haus im nostalgischen Stil mit Vollholzmöbeln eingerichtet.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. The apartment ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials consists of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House".
