The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

The spacious, lovingly furnished apartment is located on the edge of the vineyards on the first floor of a former resettlement farm. Enjoy the magnificent view of the vineyards and the Moselle from here. Active vacation with hiking and biking or just chill and enjoy. Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
