Cet ancien Presbytère, très spacieux, au calme et à la lisière de la forêt invite à la détente et au repos. Il jouit d’un grand terrain arboré et d’un espace salon extérieur, table et chaises Exposé Est/Ouest il est très lumineux. Il se trouve sur la Place de l’église du village, les cloches sonnent à 8h le matin. Très facile de se rendre à l’Aigle, Alençon, Flers, Ouistreham, Caen (environ 45mn), Cabourg, Houlgate, Deauville, Beuvron en Auge… Plages du débarquement. Proximité du Haras du Pin

Si le paradis existe, c'est ici en Normandie, au cœur du Pays d'Auge, au Mesnil Simon (Calvados), près de Lisieux. La maison a été rénovée dans un royaume de verdure. Nichée dans un parc paysager, cette petite maison normande pleine de charme à 35 minutes de Deauville, vous offre tout le confort, mais également une décoration raffinée et harmonieuse. Tout est beau et magnifiquement préservé. Vous pourrez également profiter de la cheminée et de votre terrasse privative avec salon de jardin.

Ce logement est spacieux et au calme en pleine campagne. Il est authentique, nous avons gardé l'originalité du logement qui était une grande ferme. Nous sommes à côté du GR 36, et profitez de belles balades depuis notre gîte. Venez découvrir notre belle Suisse normande. Le logement est très spacieux aussi bien dans la pièce de vie que l'extérieur. Nos gîtes donnent accès directement au lac de Rabodanges. Je me ferai un plaisir de vous accueillir et je serai disponible pendant votre séjour.

Charming furnished apartment on the 1st floor of an old 15th century manor house with beautiful views of a wooded park, moat and towers. You have a small terrace at the foot of the stairs in a private garden. Very quiet in a tourist area, close to the city of Falaise, the castle of William the Conqueror, the Normandy Switzerland and 45 minutes from the beaches including the historic landing beaches. Caen 30 minutes away / Argentan train station 20 minutes away.
