Quiet and modern furnished private 55 m² apartment right next to the nature reserve in the Black Forest. The bright apartment with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging offers space to relax. On-site activities: bike tours, archery course, water treading, hiking tours, farm shop and much more. Further shopping is 1.7 km away. The house; as well as the apartment is completely newly renovated in 2024. The medieval building fabric combined with modern and high-quality design created a unique flair. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a high-quality kitchen on almost 100 m²; as well as the historic living room (highlight) with a vaulted wooden ceiling from 1513.

The small table house

Right in the heart of Villingen, in the immediate vicinity of the historic Münsterplatz, lies the small Tafelhaus - a former restaurant that has been converted into a vacation apartment. The cozy 93 sqm duplex apartment comprises the first floor and the second floor in a house listed as a cultural heritage, which was built in 1890. It has been freshly renovated and is excellently located for exploring the city center.

Apartment 5 min to the city 5 min to the countryside

5 minutes from the centre and 1.5 km from the train station. The 2024 built flat is part of a detached house on the edge of town. It's a good point to start a walk in the Black Forest, for example to a celtic tomb. Villingen's city centre is medieval. The city is protected by a wall and many houses are built right into it.
