Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Was a perfect location. Great place, Geoff has decorated perfectly, would happily stay there again. Great value for money

Ciera was fantastic! Very helpful, responsive and kind. The space was cozy and comfortable, very lovely. The heaters made the place very toasty which was just what we needed after a day out! The area was fab, and the location of the flat was very close to all the things we wanted to do. I’d highly reccomend this place!

I loved Carole’s flat and the Hastings/Saint Leonard’s area; I would definitely return. Carole is amazing and was really friendly/helpful at checkin and with advice throughout my stay. The flat itself is super cute, the kitchen is well equipped, and the location is perfect. Carole’s flat is right by several bus stops, the train station, grocery stores, and Kings Rd. If you’re into walking, you can easily access Hastings and there’s a bunch of shops, restaurants, and pubs (the walk scenery is very pretty, as it’s right by the beach. If you’re ever lucky enough to catch a sunrise/sunset, it’s gorgeous and I highly recommend it). The locals are super friendly and I quickly made a bunch of friends. In terms of tourist options, there’s a bunch in Hastings, but Bodiam Castle and Battle Abbey in the surrounding towns are also worth checking out. London is also very easily accessible. I great stay, would definitely recommend 😊🌊🇬🇧

I had a wonderful weekend, staying at Abi's super-comfortable, beautifully furnished and very well equipped house. It really did feel like home from home. Parking nearby was really easy (thank you for the permit!), and it's a short walk into town - time of public transport on the doorstep, if required. I highly recommend the Flour Pot Bakery, just down the road, fot fantastic pastries and bread. Communication with Abi was great throughout, she could not have been more welcoming and helpful. This was one of my best ever stays, and I wholeheartedly recommend Abi's house as a base fur exploring Brighton and East Sussex. Thank you, Abi!

We made an excellent decision to base ourselves here. We needed to commute daily to Hickstead and it was an easy drive to and fro. Owners were very responsive to messages and accommodated a few additional requests during our stay ( E.g changing the hot water supply to suit our timings ) They provided a very detailed welcome pack with clear instructions to manoeuvre around their home (including use of appliances). Lovely garden and outdoor area which we spent the evenings in. Kitchen well appointed as we had many dinners at home. Entire home was spacious. great wifi and Netflix available to wind down for the evenign. Local pub just across the road served exceptional food. Supermarket nearby. Easy drive to Horsham and Brighton for a day out. We were happy to help feed their friendly cat , water their plants and put the trash out on determined dates. Looking forward to a return visit next year.

What an amazing house to have my brothers 30th birthday in. Lovely open plan kitchen front room and a separate front room for those who wanted to watch something else. The garden was just amazing, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit and trampoline kept everyone busy. Lou hand delivered a bottle of processo to us whoch wasnt expected. She was a fantastic host. Answered all my questions before arrival and throughout our stay. The house was that lovely we opted to stylat in Sunday and do a BBQ, butchers round the corner helped faciliate this. All round amazing establishment and weekend. Would recommend people to stay here 100%

Super friendly host and lovely place!!

Family trip with another family to celebrate a 50th birthday. Helpful and informative comms from Julia including some great tips on where to visit. A lovely sized and well equipped contemporary house which was perfect for our stay. Kids loved the trampoline and huge cinema like TV. 5yr old loved the dinosaur bed and toys. We loved the super comfy bed and the later check out.

Absolutely beautiful house, pictures don’t do it justice. Recently decorated to a very high standard. Living room was very cosy. Kitchen was fantastically well appointed. Bedrooms were great, with hotel standard linens, pillows and duvets. All the bathrooms were lovely and the outside area was great. Very quiet street and a short walk to the pantiles & town centre. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Have just stayed for 4 nights with my family whilst visiting other relatives in Brighton. The accommodation was perfect for our family. Great stay in a handy location with Sainsbury’s round the corner. There are some lovely little coffee shops down Lewes Rd on the way to the Level. I used the your parking space app to park at Sainsbury’s for the duration. The bus network is great in Brighton and I recommend getting the Brighton&Hove app and buying a family saver ticket if you know you can make use of it as it lasts for 24 hrs.

Sam has a great place, really easy to get into Brighton, we drove to the Marina, free parking there for four hours, went into Brighton on the bus which stops just outside the house, and we got an Uber back or a cab. Sam was an excellent host, his TV in the lounge is brilliant. He always replied promptly to our messages. He even allowed a late check out for my son who unfortunately had to get his windscreen replaced while we were there due to a chip he got driving down. All in all it's a great house three double rooms, there was only four of us but it could easily accommodate six comfortably. I would highly recommend Sam's place and if we visit Brighton again would definitely book again.

Great location for all the things I had planned and my trip was a great success. The check-in with Martyn was easy and he keeps his place very clean and free of clutter. Martyn is particularly knowledgeable about the area and provided some great tips on navigating the area and eating out. Free parking is available outside but it does get busy so it is useful to be patient. Martyn's place is on the 3rd floor and so it is useful to be mindful of the stairs and so if you are able to manage the stairs there is no problem. The upside of the stairs is the view from the window. Certainly recommend this Airbnb for those visiting St. Leonard's and the local area.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

We decided to stay here after being let down by another property just 3 days before we were due to go to Brighton for my friends 50th Birthday. So pleased we were able to book this property. 8 of us stayed quite comfortably in this property. It was in an ideal location. Would recommend and revisit.

The flat is nice and quiet and has balcony overlooking part of the marina water, which is also peaceful and well kept. Easy parking and feels secure. We like to walk so the walk to town was no big deal but if you need bus or cab it’s easy and there is also the Volks Railway along the seafront. Pubs and restaurants in the marina are good especially Bella Napoli and Tavus lounge and grill - Wetherspoons for a cheap drink and Asda too for supplies. I can highly recommend this flat and its location. The agents - Brand Vaughan - who dealt with it were very very helpful and lovely to deal with.

Lovely home, amazing location right by the station & close to all bars & restaurants. The flat was very clean & Elena was a great host. Perfect for a seaside getaway.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. A great spot and easy to get around. The use of a bike was fantastic too. The garage was a little tight for my 4x4 so appreciated the alternative parking arrangements. Suzanne in the office was helpful with ideas of things to do locally - thank you.
