Holiday rentals with a patio in Brighton and Hove

Great long weekend away, had some amazing weather alongside. We love Brighton as a whole so being here felt even more at home than the last time. Fresh space and very modern atmosphere with that comfort feel. Geoff was really responsive and helped us, really friendly and hope to be going back soon this year. A beautiful, characteristic gem a stones throw from the beating heart of Brighton. Such a clean and unique place, and an excellent, responsive and kind host. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again, was such a great space to stay in while coming back to visit Brighton with a friend.

We cannot recommend this flat highly enough! We felt completely at home. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and fully equipped for wholesome home cooked meals. Ideal location if arriving by train and wanting to explore Brighton by foot. Em and Matt were friendly, communicative hosts who cared about making their guests feel welcome. We truly didn’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Brighton. A real gem!

Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

I had such a lovely time in Brighton and this Airbnb was great! Has everything you need plus more, in a great location - close to the train station and is an easy walk to get to the beach!

Josh’s house was as described. Everything was spotless and had everything listed and that we would’ve needed. The location is slightly out of center but taxis are quick and cheap and walk was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. We met him on checking in and he was friendly and made everything super easy for our stay. Would definitely recommend and looking at booking next time I’m back.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

Jo was an exceptional host from start to finish and couldn't have accomodated us more! The place is gorgeous and we felt instantly at home. Everywhere was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the overall vibe of the place was spot on. Sad to have only stayed one night but will 100% be making a return next time we are in the area. Thanks again, so much. Highly recommend!

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. Our stay at marks place was perfect! Great value, really helpful host (at one point we locked ourselves out but mark responded immediately and was very helpful), clear instructions for checking in and out! The place itself was lovely, lots to do nearby, about a minute from sea front! Will definitely use again!

Our stay at the sea pig was lovely. There is a great view from the balcony. Very cosy place to stay and not far from the beach. The host’s were always friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend a stay at the sea pig x 🌊 🐷

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

We had a great stay at Bodie’s, the flat has everything you might need for a weekend, the beach is at the bottom of the road and the Lanes are a 5 min walk away. There is a pub right next door however the noise was not excessive and didn’t bother us at all when trying to sleep! Thank you ☺️

We loved our stay at Wendy’s. Would absolutely recommend! Exceeded expectations - plenty of space for two! Wendy and Terry were lovely. Really appreciated thoughtful touches of milk and shortbread. Ideal location and easy parking. Will definitely be contacting Wendy next time we’re staying in Brighton!

To be very honest, our jaw dropped on entry at the quality of everything in the apt. Serious care and attention has clearly been given to put this apt on a very high level. Courtyard is another bonus. Bathrooms / showers fantastic …..great spaces locally for walking the dog. Ernie loved it, and wants to return, as do we ! Thank you Connor and Megan
