A-Frame of Mind So Groovy: Skiing, Hiking, Hot Tub

Enjoy a vintage Rocky Mountain adventure at 9000 ft, with views of the Divide. This 1960s A-Frame is perfect for outdoor fun. Enjoy the original charm and views, but with modern amenities like some wi-fi and indoor plumbing (low water supply- conservation required). A 4WD high clearance vehicle in winter, and skill in mountain driving is necessary. This is an older remote home, not a 5 star hotel, and only a good fit for adventurous travelers. Number of guests must be accurate. No smoking.

We are nestled on two private, forested acres, yet only 3 minutes from I-70 with easy access to Red Rocks Amphitheater and tons of trails. The cabin has a large sun room that doesn't intrude on nature but is built with nature in mind; it places you in the middle of a wooded landscape, surrounding you in a wildlife wonderland! We have elk and deer as frequent visitors.

The SkyRun Cabin was custom built for guests! Modern meets rustic in this well constructed cabin. Two Primary suites make this home perfect for 2 couples (there are 2 extra beds in the loft if all 4 guests need their own - loft access is a Pueblo-style ladder). One bathroom has a double shower, and the other has a soaking tub. The views from the great room are the Continental Divide, Indian Peaks region. There is a bbq grill and a fire pit with 4 comfy chairs on the covered patio

On the side of a quiet mountain with amazing views of the Continental Divide my place is close to Golden Gate State Park, Indian Peaks Wilderness, Nederland, Eldora Ski Resort, Black Hawk and Central City Casinos. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the recently remodeled kitchen and baths, the outdoors space as well as the cool rock outcroppings and gorgeous Colorado sunsets. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
