Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Brighton

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Nice place to stay for a weekend.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

We are thrilled to find this beautiful place right in our local neighborhood. Our condo is small and we plan to have many visitors so will definitely be booking stays at Yvette's for friends and family. Almost hesitant to recommend so highly for fear they will be all booked up.

Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!

It was in a great location for going all over Denver. Super clean, the perfect amount of space for two people, and all the necessities covered! The dual-head shower was sweet!

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

Enjoyed my stay, the host was very responsive and helped with an earlier check-in as it was only a quick stay/stop while visiting. The linens, bathrooms and rooms were in excellent condition. The house was beautiful & cleanly. Even received a special thank you despite having to leave in such a hurry. Thanks again!!!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was also spacious and gave our family the room we needed to spend time together or spread out. The arcade and air hockey in the basement was fun for our kids - we would be happy to come back and stay again!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this one has to stand out as one of my favorites! My family needed an emergent place to stay after we all got hit with a bug and only two hours after booking did we end up at Nicole’s place. The kid’s toys, books, games and stuffed animals were life savers for tired parents who couldn’t play entertainer anymore. I loved the personal touches of this stay that many Airbnbs lack these days—a stocked kitchen with amenities such as coffee, honey, tea, etc., bathroom with all the essentials, comfortable beds. We lucked out finding a place that felt like a home away from home. Cherry on top was the only 15 min drive away from the airport, amazing!!

We all really enjoyed the house for our stay and Kyle was great about responding quickly to any questions that we had.

David is a great host. His place was just as described. He is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Checkin was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again

Loved our 3 day stay at Nat’s place. Beautiful design, peaceful setting, comfortable bedding, well appointed kitchen and lots of added touches. It felt like we were at a resort with no other people. Loved waking up to the mountain view and having coffee around the fire pit. Definitely off the beaten path, but close enough to town if you want or need to drive in. We found we didn’t want to leave except for a few hikes close by. We did not need a 4x4 but it may have been nice to have… it is a windy dirt road up the mountain. We would love to return.

Absolutely perfect stay for a girls’ trip! We were a group of six girls and this Airbnb fit us perfectly. The space was incredibly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out to comfortably accommodate all of us. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, they were super accommodating and responsive from the start. The neighborhood felt very safe, which made all the difference for our peace of mind. We loved being able to walk to nearby shops for quick snacks or essentials. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot that’s still close enough to all the action, this place hits the sweet spot. Highly recommend; we’d definitely stay here again! Also VERY CLEAN! The decor is beautiful , and I can’t get over the host being a highlight of our trip .

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place! Very smooth and easy stay for our family of 4. Great location.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

This is such a beautiful cozy accommodations. Exactly as pictured! Super quiet, clean, great air conditioning. The bed was super comfy. Cozy linens. Super easy to access, great walkable location. Heather as a host is remarkable! Super quick to reply to questions, inquiries and she made great suggestions. Location is above a great coffee shop and nail spa. Highly recommend
