Holiday rentals with a patio in Brighton

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

The stars were aligned when we picked out Danny's beautiful location for our visit. Who would have known that Danny would share our same love of music and to learn of mutual friends we have in the professiomal music arena was amazing. With our love of music, it was an instant bond. It was a "kindred feeling" and one that has opened up a friendship for life. Danny made us feel welcomed from the first moment we met him. He was a very hospitable host. Within a short time, we felt we had known Danny for years. Since our families are in the Pittsford/Victor area, that are just minutes away from this location, we will be revisiting this pristine welcoming home for many years to come. This was our second time staying here. We love the peaceful location, yet it’s close to all the great local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and great hosts. We look forward to coming back!

A great spot, central location and love that this was dog friendly!

Magical place to stay. Her home and the homes in the neighborhood are beautiful, plus there are rabbits in the adjoining yards early in the morning. All the attractions are close and walkable to some great restaurants. Whole apartment looks completely renovated with a gas stove if you enjoy cooking. The place is quiet and the bed is super comfy. Perfect for a single traveler and a couple that’s there to get out and about. Nice to have the bathroom, also beautifully done, separated if sharing. All the towels and bedding felt new and plush, great pillow section which is very rare, the little touches add up! Set aside parking in a dedicated spot which felt very secure. This truly is a special place and perfect for myself traveling for business.

Our stay at Lynn’s was for a wedding at Sonnenberg Gardens. We were able to walk home from the venue which was great! We took Lynn up on her recommendation for Peacemaker Brewery and were not disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Heather’s place was great, located in a nice quiet area. She was super responsive and even let us drop our things much earlier than check in. The home was spacious and very clean. Thank you so much!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

Had a wonderful time!! Wish the weather was better but that couldn’t be helped. Also had a Red Cardinal tapping at my bedroom window both mornings. Love the spiritual meaning of red cardinals but I don’t think that was the case. Great time great place

Our stay at Mike and Tisbe’s was incredible. The home and yard were perfect and the view of the lake and sunset were just wonderful. Mike and Tisbe were always responsive. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Lovely ER style home, beautifully renovated! Pinterest perfect! A warm, comfy and safe place to come back to every evening! Highly recommend to anyone in the Rochester area. We also highly recommended PG’s a local bar with great food and drink within walking distance of the house!

Our family enjoyed a lovely weekend in Rochester. The house had lots of space, was comfortable and very clean, with nice walkable streets for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed numerous family meals eating in. I appreciated the laundry facilities! A short drive to the Eastman School of Music with lots of comfortable beds and thoughtfully decorated living spaces, the house was perfect for our purposes. Lindsey was a friendly and responsive host. Thanks for the great stay!

The house was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was nice and the home close to conveniences. The kitchen was well stocked and the host left suggestions for things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great 5-night stay at Cheryl’s home in Rochester. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Cheryl was responsive and even checked in on us during the stay, which we appreciated. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Only downside—it rained most of the time, but that’s not on Cheryl!

Great location. Walkable with a lot of restaurants nearby. Snacks and wine were provided free of charge which was a nice surprise. My only complaints are the house no longer had a pull out couch and the proximity to the train which can be a bit noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay. We came for a wedding and the home immediately felt like home. Elina made the home welcoming and we loved having coffee in the morning.
