NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Our house is located in a sunny, quiet and central location. Short distances make the car superfluous in order to make the most of the generous leisure activities in Brixen im Thale in summer and winter. Many facilities, such as a supermarket, tobacconist and bakery, are within easy walking distance. Bookings in winter from 6 nights and in summer from 5 nights are possible. No child discount! Arrival and departure in winter only on Saturday. Arrival in summer only Friday, Saturday and Monday.

You will feel comfortable in our quiet centrally located accommodation with a garden terrace for you to relax. Located near the forest you can start directly to a hike. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with great attention to detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the furnishings to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and approachable at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation, it is definitely worth a trip and I will gladly come back.

Great place in the Wilder Kaiser area! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures, the kitchen and bathroom are very well done and the beds are perfect to sleep in. You can even turn on the fire place and make it more cozy. There is a supermarket close by (5 min walking distance) and the lift is directly beneath the house … so the perfect location. We had a great time!

Cosy apartment in the centre of Brixen

I was in the area to go to the Hahnenkamm in Kitzbühel so the apartment was convenient for my needs. It's a 2 minute walk to the bus stop but 11 minute walk to the train station, which would be a pain in ski boots if you're skiing. Unfortunately, the bus doesn't travel as often. The town is small but charming. Keep in mind many places only take cash. The apartment is clean and the foam bed is very comfortable. Aside from a delay in my check in time waiting for the cleaning, which I was compensated with some cash to have a snack downstairs, everything went smoothly.

There were 5 of them to ski for a week. The place was clean and there was everything you needed to cook. What was not already available was clearly communicated beforehand. Great for the price.
