Great location and space for out of town graduation guests. Clean, comfortable and would most certainly book again!

This is truly a 5 star rental. Owners went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. Would absolutely recommend the house and would definitely stay again when in town.

Great family place located in a quiet area and close to shops. Pool, hot tub and play area were a hit with the kids. Lots of space. The home is located within driving distance of several activities.

Good location, good space to hang out. Felt comfortable and had all the basics. Great location, enjoyed the heated pool even in the rain. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here because it was close to the venue where our son got married. The house was everything we needed for the week. Lots of room to spread out. The back yard/patio/pool is great. Lots of amenities and I love when light switches are labeled. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here!

We enjoyed our stay here - pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Debra was very responsive to any question I had of her, and check in/check out instructions were clear. The house rules and info were well organized and complete. Would recommend!

We loved staying at Kim’s so much on the way to our destination that we decided to book again on the way back home. Kim is one of the best hostess we’ve had.. she is thoughtful, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her Airbnb is a wonderful example of a home away from home. Cozy environment, great neighborhood for walking your dog.. comfortable beds and furniture and we both loved the little snacks she leaves out for her guests. We will definitely be staying at Kim’s home again when we are in town. Highly recommend…

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

Kathy was kind, proactive, and thoughtful. Her home is beautiful and exactly as described. Can’t think of a better place to stay in Indy. Our family felt right at home.

Worked well for the Indy 500. We ubered just 15 minutes. Host helped us leave or vehicle early to head over.

Deon's property was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was very easy and the place was clean and organized. Will definitely reach back out to Deon whenever we are back in the area.

The house felt really homey--we loved it. The furniture & decorations were really nice & tasteful, not cluttered and not austere. It wasn't just a sterile box with some furniture sitting in it. Rather, it was nicely decorated and made us feel comfortable. It was a restful place to come home to each day. We also loved sitting at the table in the morning, enjoying the quiet, wonderful view out the glass doors to the back yard & lots of greenery. It was an easy commute to Butler Univ, where we were attending a conference. We were able to walk to a restaurant and a grocery store one evening--so convenient. We also appreciated that it was well-outfitted, in the kitchen, and other rooms, and it had everything we needed & wanted, better outfitted than many other places we've stayed. The welcome board by the front door was a nice touch and made us smile. In the end, we were sad to leave! Thank you, Andrew & Roxane!

This is a well-maintained property hosted by a very responsive owner who covered any questions I may have had before I could ask them. The beds and linens were delightful, the bathroom was clean and easy to navigate and the water was hot quickly. There were TV’s in every room, dressers and chairs to place items, air purifiers and nice views.

This was such a great stay! The house was fantastic, and the backyard was awesome to hang out in. Having ample parking spots for the house was a huge plus with 2 bigger vehicles traveling in our group. Also it should be mentioned that even though I didn’t bring my dogs, I could’ve and they would’ve felt right at home. Everything from dog bowls, treats to toys was made available if you do decide to bring your dog. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the broad ripple area to consider this house!

This home is a whole vibe. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities, incredibly peaceful. Cozy, but more than enough room to spread out and have personal space. We loved being able to take the bikes out on the Monon, hang out in the beautiful backyard, and relax in the hot tub. We had a crew of 5 for the Indy 500 weekend and loved the proximity to Broad Ripple dining options. There was also plenty of space to make a large home-cooked brunch. I don’t have fur babies, but it’s such a huge plus to have a pet-friendly location. The home is incredibly clean and smells amazing - you’d never guess it was a pet-friendly spot. We would definitely stay here again!

David, the owner, was absolutely fantastic to work with, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The house itself was ideal for me, my friends, and all of our boys, providing the perfect setting for an unforgettable Indy 500 weekend filled with family fun and excitement! 🏎️🎉

This was a perfect house for our small family. I’m from Indy so knew I wanted to stay in this area, but the house was better than I thought. Super private, great location, and the hosts thought of so many little things ahead of time. We’ll definitely stay again.

Beautiful home! Our family had plenty of room and then some! The primary closet made the perfect space for a pack and play. The best local restaurants are right down the street. Parking was easy which was a huge plus! We would love to stay again and will recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Broad Ripple area.

Cottage at the City was a great stay. Many amenities added to its charm. Very pleasant and peaceful. The landscape was picturesque and the wildlife did not disappoint. It was a wonderful time spent away from home. Thank You Erin. Looking forward to my return!

Claire was immediately responsive to all communications. Check-in and out was extremely easy. House was well lit upon arrival and had no issues finding anything we needed. There were enough towels to last the 5 of us a week, if needed (which is so rare, as usually extra towels are the hardest thing to come by)! Each room was tastefully decorated and had very soft linens in all of the beds. Claire has gone above and beyond in her Airbnb property maintenance and customer service. I would 100% recommend her home to anyone!

Just one word ….AMAZING!! Nick and Layne’s place has everything you need and more. You really don’t need to bring anything. Little things matter and they know what their guests need. They have it all. Anything you can think of Nick and Layne have it in their home for you to use. Please was spotless. Beds and pillows were comfy with extra pillows and blankets available if needed. Communication with them was excellent. Any questions I had I would always get a quick friendly response. The neighborhood is peaceful and shops and restaurants are very close by. I honestly felt right at home staying here. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing getaway. Nick and Layne really went above and beyond to make sure anyone staying in their home is comfortable and completely satisfied. Keep up the amazing working guys!! I will definitely be staying here again next time!

So thankful for the last minute change to this AirBnb this weekend for EXPO! It’s so close to Dunkin and to the Exposition Center it 100% is the house we will stay in next time.

I travel a lot for work so from staying in hotels to Airbnb’s this by far was the most comfortable stay.
