Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis

This was our second time staying at Kathy’s surf house and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else on future visits to Indianapolis. It felt more like our home away from home than any place we’ve ever stayed and Kathy is the most gracious host we’ve had the pleasure to know. I can’t wait to go back but have to pray and cross our fingers that it is available when we do return.

House was great! Guys golf trip and this was a great base camp for a few days close to great restaurants and easy to get anywhere around Indianapolis quickly.

Deon's property was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was very easy and the place was clean and organized. Will definitely reach back out to Deon whenever we are back in the area.

This is a cozy very well thought out space! Great price, great decor touches! and super comfortable bed! I am a host and have been a guest at about 20 AirBnBs. This one is in my top 3. When everything in this world is so expensive, this classy AirBnB is an amazing value!!

my parents stayed here while they were visiting us in town and it was perfect! the neighborhood was quiet, walkable to restaurants, and the house itself is so cozy and clean.

Great place, great neighborhood, great distance from the convention center/downtown. Bit of an old house, but definitely a comfortable place to stay for the weekend!

This is our second stay at this charming home in a great area and community. Our previous stay was last winter for 6 weeks with some snowy icy weather. The HVAC worked just as great then as it did this summer. The solarium is an amazing bonus and the complete kitchen, comfortable beds and washing machine and dryer makes for a great stay no matter how long. We plan on being back next summer!

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

This is my go to place when I come to town. Sometimes when it’s not available, I look to reschedule my trip.

My wife and I stayed in the Koala Room for a month, and it was a great temporary stay for the price. While the house faces the road, the traffic noise wasn’t very noticeable in the room. There are plenty of kitchen appliances that made cooking easy, along with a large refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around during the day, and there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host is very responsive, and any major issues are addressed quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay near downtown Indy.

Stay was great the home matches exactly with the pictures. The neighborhood is real quiet & the location is convenient if want to hang around downtown or heading over to the garage

Michael is a great host and his place is truly amazing. It is well appointed, creatively decorated, and has one of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens we have had the pleasure of experiencing. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly. We have already made our next reservations, and would recommend it to anyone!

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

We stayed while my son was getting medical treatment at Riley Hospital for a week. It was beautiful and comfortable. I had a few questions, and they were answered immediately. We would definitely stay again, given the opportunity!

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

My daughters and I had a great great little trip to Indy and felt right at home at Ginger's place. Very walkable to fun coffee shops, restaurants & the theatre (we were in town to see a show). Ginger was friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious--we will definitely be back next time we're in Indy!

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was perfect for our 3 day trip. It was very clean and updated with great amenities. I would recommend this property for business or pleasure
