Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Broadland

Lovely little gem. We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. Very clean, good location and very good communication with the host Gavin. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Lodge 5 at Lytton Tree Lodge. The check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions provided by Gavin. The lodge was clean, cosy, and well-equipped—perfect for a peaceful getaway. It’s in a great location too, just a beautiful 20-minute walk to Southwold and only 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop, which made getting around really easy. The surroundings are quiet and relaxing, and the communication from the host was warm and helpful throughout. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!

Lovely peaceful location nice stroll to the town and beach. The most comfy bed slept like a log. Ran out of milk (we drink a lot of tea) brought replacements straight round. Have recommended to friends.

We stayed at The Loft for three nights over the weekend while I was live illustrating at a wedding at Oxnead Hall—and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is fantastic: peaceful, beautifully presented, and just a short walk to the sea with scenic trails nearby. The accommodation itself is stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The lovely welcome treats were such a kind touch and really appreciated after a long day. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. This place is an absolute gem—we loved every minute!

We only needed a one nighter as had business at Southwold, at the boatyard. The Lodge was spotless, very thoughtfully equipped and with nice outdoor space. Great size room, nice to have a sofa and such a large cupboard/hanging space. Have recommended it already to the boatyard as they have regular overnight visitors. Didn’t meet Gavin but prompt, friendly phone/message responses. Would stay there again 🙂

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

Lovely stay for a sunny weekend family getaway. Dax was really responsive and helpful, the house was lovely and only 10 mins to Gorlestone beach which was amazing for the kids with the free splash park and expansive gorgeous sand. Lots of amenities were provided and the hot tub was a great addition for chilled evenings. All round a great stay- would recommend!

We had an amazing time here and would fully recommend this stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, decorated amazingly and the hot tub and garden was really the icing on the cake. Our rooms were comfy and spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The home has modern technology throughout which added an extra level of luxury. We all fitted in comfortably and truly have not a bad word to stay about our stay. We all were blown away with the presentation and will certainly be back. Two of us celebrated birthdays and what a fabulous place to do so! Thank you for such an amazing weekend xx

Beautiful property with amazing views of the countryside. Anthony was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is as lovely as portrayed in the photographs and the garden is a haven for wildlife. I would definitely recommend this property, it is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time together as 3 generations of family celebrating a big birthday at Mark's wonderful house. The house and garden have SO much to offer - which combined to ensure rest, relaxation & plenty of fun for all of us! The house itself is very spacious and well appointed, with everything you can think of to hand, as well as being very comfortable, beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean. Mark's communication was fast and without fail super helpful, kind and responsive - we're especially grateful to him for managing the various deliveries that came ahead of our arrival, and for the later checkout he facilitated, which meant my husband could make a couple of important work meetings. The very generous (and delicious!) welcome pack, the birthday wishes and decorations, and thought and care throughout helped to make our family celebration super memorable. Thanks for having us - we can't thank you enough - and we'd LOVE to return soon!

We had an absolute fantastic time at Broad house. It was everything that we could’ve asked for and more. We were celebrating my husband‘s special birthday with the family and friends which was a great base for exploring the area and some fab walks. We would like the opportunity to return at some point in the future and would recommend the property for future visitors 😊

We cannot thank James and Mary enough for how thoughtful and attentive they were for the entire trip. The cottage was beautiful, absolutely immaculate and perfectly furnished. The personal touches such as the handmade carrot cake, scones and personalised birthday card were really special and such a kind gesture. Thank you for a fabulous trip!
