The place was clean and a good location with walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

Rafael’s place a great place to come back to after active days! Very clean and modest. The open concept kitchen/living room was very spacious (the couch and bed are very comfy)! And the semi private terrace was a nice spot to spend late night/ early mornings! As host he was very responsive and proactive! He allowed us to check in early and check out late without any hassle, very appreciative! I’d highly recommend this place to friends and family, top notch service!

This listing was everything advertised and more. The location, various amenities, cleanliness, safety, location, host responsiveness and attentiveness were top notch! Our host made sure that communication was a top priority every step of the way. The host went above and beyond to provide a truly unique and memorable experience for me and my family. I would like to start off by saying Latanya was an exceptional host. I felt like I was home away from home, My daughter’s loved the stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. I look forward to returning to her Airbnb when I come home to visit New York in the future. I recommend her services. She’s phenomenal and her hospitality is amazing!

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

The house was spacious for the family every floor had a restroom, very convenient the view was awesome from the balcony cute little house! Very quiet neighborhood, people were friendly walking distance to stores & restaurants transportation was close too! Cute little house! Will stay again if decide to go back to visit NY! As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. Family of five — we had a great long weekend at the house. Nice water view, easy walking distance to deli and restaurants. House is well appointed and cared for, anything you need for cooking, etc. Basement game room is a nice plus.

Tremendous value and a better host. Nick was prompt, polite, and prepared. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in direct proximity to the home. Short ride share trip to the LIRR which provides easy access to Penn or Central. Would be grateful to stay here again, especially at the price point extended.

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.
