Thank you for a comfortable place in Harlem. From this location you could walk into Black culture and from. Few miles south you could be near Manhattan , upper east side. The location is convenient and the home was well managed and comfortable. The bed was comfortable , great side kitchen to warm up my food. A room with the window is sure to be great to the brown stones that line the road.

Odalis is like a great aunt who welcomes you into her home and never stops advising you and being attentive to the last detail. Extremely meticulous with cleanliness, always wants you to feel at ease and cares about your well-being. Surprised by his kindness and 24-hour availability to the guest. A very special person who adds anecdotes to our trip to NY. We would definitely stay again because the distance to Manhattan is minimal, you take the bus 150 meters away and in 20 minutes you are in the metropolis. In addition to all that, when you arrive at your Airbnb, Odalis awaits you with her smile to welcome you.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. Host was very friendly and responsive. My wife and I just love the neighborhood.

I love staying in unique Airbnbs when I come to NYC for work and this was definitely a treat. It was very much out of a movie and times gone by and yet so reasonably priced, comfortable and easy to access. Walk or ride to Columbia easily. LOTS of walkable shops and restaurants and easy access to trains. Don’t stay if you’re not keen on sharing a bathroom (I didn’t mind and it was never a problem) but note there’s only one shower (the floor I stayed on had just a bathtub) but it’s easy to get to either bathroom if one is occupied. There is a smell in the air that is perhaps the age of the home showing itself but worth mentioning because it might be off putting if you are sensitive to fragrances or other odors but I want to stress that it was VERY clean and nothing I co couldn’t fix in my own room with essential oils. GREAT communication and flexibility on Rene’s part.

This is our second time staying and we will always return to Lisa! This is our home away from home. Diner, pizza, convenient store, all walkable down a nice nature like sidewalk with beautiful flowers and homes on the way. Very clean, and desirable cottage like with beautiful backyard and garden. Very pleasurable stay! Thank you Lisa! Can't wait for our next trip!

We had a great stay at Mariangel's adorable guesthouse. It is exactly as pictured, comfortable, very clean, and it had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It's also conveniently located for a short drive into downtown Greenwich, making it easy to grab a meal and enjoy some shopping.

The place was cute, cozy, and private. Good neighborhood. Familiar area for me. Easy access to grocery, shopping, dining eateries. Location was easy to find for local deliveries, ride shares, and visitors. I had everything I needed. It is in a basement guesthouse. It did get pretty cold at times. As other reviewers expressed. I did use the thermostat controls to warm it up and I also utilized the extra blanket in the closet and that helped. You can hear a lot of movement from upstairs at times. Mostly during the day like morning and afternoon. If you are outside during that time, then this shouldn’t be much of an issue. It was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay again.

Excellent! Would happily stay again. Martin and Roberta are exceptional hosts and their property is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, comfortable and the setting and the terraces are beautiful. Martin went out of his way the evening of our arrival to help unload our car and familiarize us with the suite. Roberta arrived to assist (late at night!)with a question regarding the operation of the washing machine. The owners are among the most gracious and considerate people we have met in our years with Airbnb. In addition to providing an extraordinary property, with comfortable accommodations and many thoughtful amenities, they are delightful people. A+

We stayed at the Carriage House to visit with our daughter and family who live in the area. The Carriage House was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again sometime.

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. Jay and Carla were outstanding hosts! Their place was spacious, spotless, and had all the accommodations we could have asked for. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We are locals who needed a place to stay for a month. The carriage house is in a beautiful area with nature surrounding it and an unbelievable river view. You can walk out the door and hike through Hartshorne trails. The house is very comfortable and has everything you may need. Heather is a great host; friendly, communicative and accommodating. Read her list of recommendations- it’s a great local guide.

I’ve stayed at Joanna’s studio multiple times. It’s always a treat. I love all the natural rock and beautiful landscape of this property and the neighborhood. It’s a hidden gem. The walking / hiking trail access was a perfect way to wind down in the evenings. I’ll be back!

Christine was very welcoming and I very much enjoyed my stay! The carriage house apartment was even more spacious and attractive than in the photos. We also appreciated the helpful messages we received. This accommodation is definitely worth the price!

We had a nice stay and the location was perfect for our event. Nice space with everything you could need. We had 4 adults and the space was sufficient other than some smaller beds. Would recommend!
