Apartment holiday rentals in Browns Bay

Nancy was an extremely nice host, responsive, and kind. The property is within a walking distance to Westfiled mall, shops, and restuarants. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and beautiful. We had everything we needed at Nancy's place. I have no complaints, but only compliments. We will be back to stay here with Nancy again.

We enjoyed our stay at this One cool place! A bit tricky with the carpark, but great location and lots of great food options nearby.

I had a fantastic stay here. The flat was exceptionally clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a very comfy bed! Sherryl was a great host and responded to messages quickly. I was also very grateful for the treats Sherryl had kindly left for my arrival. A home away from home. Looking forward to my return!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Mandy was a great host, we really enjoyed our stay at her apartment. It was very private and in a nice area.

I recommend it for all who want to sit back and relax while visiting Auckland with a pleasant and clean space and quiet. I spent 3 weeks here with David, and I really enjoyed it. David is such a great host and caring for my stay. Everything is provided for you; bring your suitcase and enjoy 😉

Awesome place in a great location, facilities such as the gym and pool are fantastic. Matt was extremely helpful I had a few questions which he responded to very quickly and when I discovered the iron was missing, Matt dropped a brand new one around within 30 minutes (even though it was 9pm on a Monday night)! Thanks for the great stay :)

Really enjoyed staying here! The place was super clean and spacious and within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and town area! It was pretty private despite being so close to a lot of restaurants and nice coffee places. Although it was a bit difficult to find the keys and get access to the car park at first, Simon gave ample instructions to check into the apartment. Will stay here again when I come back to Auckland!

Max and Emily were fantastic hosts. The apartment was new, modern, clean and stylish. Messages were responded to promptly and no request was too much. Location was fantastic and great walking distance to lots of restaurants.

Attractive bush outlook with plenty of light and fresh air channels. The unit offered so much more than expected, with several handy extras. Full sized fridge plus stove great for saving money on food.

Really great location. Checkin instructions were very clear - it would be easier if checking in with two people as parking was a bit tricky for both checkin and checkout on my own, but otherwise - no issues. The building itself and the room definitely feel a lot older than the photos show - but that I think is also obvious in the name Heritage :) it was very quiet and just what I needed. Monica was always very friendly and responded very quickly.

Amazing studio with gorgeous view! Would definitely stay here again in future. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, walkable to harbor. Roz and Nick were super friendly and made our stay here unforgettable!

What a great place perfect for us and even room for the next time when our 3rd daughter can stay too- beautiful waterfront excellent location with a Woolworths metro literally across the road and walking distance to viaduct restaurants- in fact we walked into town it was lovely . The carpark(s) was very handy and Kim messaged us with clear instructions and her communication was exceptional. She kindly allowed us early check in and late check out which is invaluable when you have a short stay like a long weekend. Would definitely consider coming back the next time we stay in Auckland.

I stay at the heritage frequently but this has been the best stay ive had. Bed was comfy, linen was perfect, tidy etc and enough towels also. Was very quiet on our floor. Would definitely stay here again

This was my third time staying at Aneez's place. It is always the first accomodation I check availability for when travelling to Auckland City. The unit is in a perfect location to avoid city noise but close enough to easily walk to any number of restaurants and bars. Special tip for anyone staying here for the first time. You can avoid walking up the steep hill on Victoria Street but taking the eacilator up the hill on Hight street right to the entrance!

Our second stay. Great Airbnb. Lots of thoughtful extras like an umbrella, extra towels, lots of local information. Fantastic being able to use the swimming pool & gym. Highly recommend Kerri’s Airbnb.

Really nice place in a great location. Very nice quiet little courtyard the place is in, and we walked almost everywhere in Auckland we wanted to go. It was great to have laundry and a kitchen at the end of a long road trip, and there was lots of space both indoor and outdoor to relax.
