House holiday rentals in Browns Bay

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

The house is located in a very beautiful community, surrounded by a quiet environment. The house has a large space and is very suitable for groups of more than 10 people. There is a beautiful fireplace in the room, and it is very warm in winter. The kitchen facilities are very complete and can make all kinds of food. The landlord Melissa also provides coffee and tea. Every morning when you wake up, you can make a drink by yourself. Looking out of the window at the scenery makes one feel happy. Melissa is very nice and often asks us if we need help. If you also like quiet and beautiful big houses, you can choose this place

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

We were surprised how peaceful the property was, considering we were in Auckland, coming from a rural home it was nice and relaxing, just sitting around enjoying what the property had to offer. Grant was exceptionally proactive and professional with his communication and we felt comfortable if we had any questions, queries or concerns we could rea h out without any bother. Overall great place to meet up with family and lived ones for a get away.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at , honestly felt like I was at home but on a vacation at the same time HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants a little getaway. I would also like to give a massive shoutout to Hope for being such a great host she’s so beautiful, friendly and respectful so thanks again🫶🏼❤️

Awesome location, very walkable. Nice walk to the ferry terminal to get to Auckland. Comfortable kitchen & amazing views. Easy parking & super friendly hosts. We loved our stay!!

Definitely best place to stay for few nights at Auckland. The whole townhouse is an exactly clean and tidy space.

What a beautiful place! One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Views are gorgeous and everything was clean. Loved the furniture/ decor. Feels so fresh and new. Good price and perfect for our small group. Would have stayed longer if I had the chance.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Had a great time staying here. Located in a quiet neighbourhood near so many beachside walks. The house was clean and tidy and had everything I needed for my one week stay. Communication was great. Would definitely book again.

My partner and I stayed here as part of a long stay (2 months) and we loved every minute of it. Rochelle was very accommodating and the property was exactly what we wanted. It was nice and spacious with plenty of greenery. We didn’t have a car but Uber and bus routes made our journeys to the beach, CBD and shopping centres easy. We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s beach house - it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was immaculate, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with a spacious open-plan living area that made it perfect for our family. Waking up to the sunrise over the water through the lounge windows felt like something out of a travel magazine. The location is unbeatable - right across from a peaceful stretch of beach that’s perfect for morning walks, kid adventures, or simply unwinding with a coffee and the view. Having multiple bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. Patrick was an excellent host – quick to respond, clear with communication, and genuinely welcoming. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced - we’re already planning our return! Cheers!

Highly recommend - everything is well thought out. We spent one night here and everyone wished we had booked for longer. The spa was amazing especially during this cold weather. The gym and sauna are well equipped. There’s a bbq and loads of board games. Netflix and sky aswel. Everything was just amazing
