Floorplan is open concept with lots of room. Updated appliances. Large back yard. This house is perfect for year-round fun on the water and only 15 minutes to downtown Brownwood. Lake access, golfing, dining, and hiking all within 10 miles. *water level are low, please check for open boat ramps*

Cool and Comfy Lakefront Property with Boat Dock

House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

There’s a 40’s style radio in the living room, equipped with Alexa and ready to play your favorite songs at your command. (We used to have dance parties and practice 2 stepping. The bedrooms share a mini split unit that keep you cool in summer and warm when it’s chilly. There’s a stand alone unit in the main area of the house. There are smart tv’s in the living room, the guest room, and the loft.
