Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. The rooms( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/bedroom, kitchen,storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases more than 2 persons possible at extra cost. Bookings can only be verified with ID.

Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a good wifi connection.

Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our back house. An elevator is not available. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport connections and shops are easily accessible on foot.

Rural holiday home in old village center

The spacious holiday home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in rural style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, on the other side of the Meuse. The holiday home is ideal for holidays but also as a stay for business trips.
