Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We were on the road a lot, but we also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Great place in excellent location

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Roberta’s home was a dream. The view was breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and a sea of trees. Roberta was responsive and helpful and getting us to the Airbnb. It was the ideal location to start my wife and I honeymoon, nearby a number of national parks and beautiful hikes. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

We had a wonderful stay! Sabine was an excellent host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The house is beautiful, with a peaceful water stream, Dolomite views and cozy seating areas on every balcony. We also loved spending time with the adorable cat and the friendly dog. A truly charming place in Nova Ponente!

The house is perhaps 200 yards from the nearest other dwelling, up on the side of a hill, quite a way up, with beautiful views of the dolomites and down the valley. The house was well equipped and had a wonderful big wood stove for heat. There were hiking trails right out the front door as well as within relatively short drives away into the beautiful dolomites. Hiking here was a major draw for us. This is a peaceful, beautiful house that is not in the middle of amusements and restaurants although restaurants and two small grocery stores are just a short distance away. The host Manfred was very understanding and responsive. We absolutely did not want to leave.

Farmhouse surrounded by nature, very rustic environment but including the essentials. The owner is very helpful, he told us that we had the opportunity to also use the area that would be used as a B&B, he provided us with some food that we had not brought from home (sugar, coffee, oil), and gave us ideas on where to go for a walk in nature. A very special experience, only for those looking for an adventure in search of reconnection with nature

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

As a family of four with two teenage children, we had a really nice time at the Alpakahof in Serfaus. The farm is quiet and very idyllic with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is spacious, super cozy and very well equipped. There is plenty of storage and retreats. On the large balcony you can also relax wonderfully in the winter sun. Also with the very trusting and cuddly cats of the house on your lap. Our great hosts were open and very helpful. If you want to go skiing, it's not far by car to the nearby gondolas. By car, you can quickly get to Serfaus or Fiss. In addition, there is a very nice hiking trail towards Serfaus near the house. A vacation at the Alpakahof is really worthwhile! We will be happy to come back :-)

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

We spent a week with Patrick and Nina and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very secluded in nature, perfect for relaxing. A highlight was the nature pool. The small apartment is well equipped, the bathroom could be renovated. As everywhere in nature, you should not be afraid of spiders. A car is absolutely needed, it takes almost 30 minutes to Bolzano (15 km). We definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back.

We stayed seven nights in Brigitte's apartment and it was one of the best apartments we had rented in the last 25 years. It just fit everything, the description, the location (in a castle), it had everything you needed. Brigitte was on site when she was needed, gave helpful tips and was very nice. A nice addition is the guest card, with which you can use buses, trains and cable cars free of charge, so we left our car and only traveled on foot and by bike. The pool was still in operation despite low temperatures and we were able to do our morning laps. Lana is a great resort with many hiking opportunities and good connections to Bolzano and Merano. Maybe not our last stay with Brigitte. Ute and Wolfgang

Wow, our stay at Roberta's place in Vignui was amazing! We spent 3 month in the house and we felt at home from the first day. Roberta and her family welcomed as in Person and showed us everything. The house has everything you need and more, also a proper place to work with a proper desk! That's is actually something we do not see often on AirBNB. The area is beautiful I did a run every second day in the mountains just out of the door and you are in the mountains by foot. There are some amazing hikes available in the national park but you need to be fit if you want to do the larger ones (it's worth do to them!). You are at the Sellaronda in one hour by car for Skiing so we went many times and enjoyed it. Our dogs and cat loved it as well we all were sad to leave. The neighbors are also very friendly and we got fresh eggs from the chickens :) I can recommend Roberta's place in any aspect! (But it's hard to get a free date so hurry up ;-) ) Thank you very much for everything Roberta!
