Few hundred meters to the best mountain bike in Northern Europe! 5 km to the harbor in Silkeborg, which you can walk or bike to through the forest. Close to the popular swimming lake, Almind lake. Small cottage on a large natural plot close to Gudenåen

The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from 67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural site (3.000m2) in a protected holiday home area, close to the River Guden with access to the common area with a bathing bridge and own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the grounds there is an annex that we ourselves have at our disposal for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) even in the neighboring house and are always available when we are at home.

The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house there are also 3 canoes / kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with great views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.

Cozy annex in the woods

The small yellow annex is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside. It is quiet here and the deer graze happily in the garden when the day wakes up. The wood stove is nice in the old house, and from the loft there is a view of meadows and fields. In the main house, Philip, Helene, Asger (4) and Axel (2) live together with our two happy dogs (female). There are 2 km to Bryrup, where the lake, tennis courts or the old veteran course can entertain. Double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. 1 large room.

Guest house in Funderådal by the forest

90 m2 independent guest house in beautiful natural surroundings, including water, heating and electricity, free firewood for wood stove, private terrace. NO TV signal, DVD option. In the winter months, it's a good idea to bring slippers. Fishing: fish in Funderå from our meadow (bring your own fishing rod) 4 km to put and take Mountain bike/road: 5 km on gravel road and forest path to the famous MTB track in Silkeborg Vesterskov. 15 min by car to Silkeborg BIKEPARK. Peaceful farmhouse in the countryside

What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and peaceful and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. It's a clinic floor. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.

The Yellow House by the Forest

The perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking and other activities in Søhøjlandet. The house is not far from Himmelbjerget and the MTB track Danmarks Tag. We are happy to share hiking trails from the house on Topo GPS. The house has 1 bedroom with two beds. In addition, a bed in the living room, where there is also the possibility of sleeping on a sofa or mattress.
