Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Brzac

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We are all very satisfied with the communication with the host, the surroundings, the dining options and the excursion opportunities. The apartment itself is worth its money and even in winter the city offers a beautiful sight due to the extensive Christmas lighting. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Lovely little house at the end of the village and a few minutes walk from the pier and the small beach. The house was perfectly equipped. The road continues as a hiking trail. Easy and nice communication with the owners.

We felt very comfortable at Manuela's. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Manuela and Thomas greeted us very nicely and provided us with tips.

We had wonderful time! Our host Katica was very friendly and caring and the apartment had everything we needed. Above all, we appreciated the quiet and private front yard, private parking space and proximity to the beaches.

The six of us really enjoyed the stay in Matulji. Despite the fact that the garden is on the track, we have not been bothered by this. The train only comes a few times a day. The garden is beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was super nice. The spaces inside were a bit on the warm/oppressive side, due to the shutters. The facilities were great, the kitchen well equipped and sufficient barbecue tools. Good to know that the hosts live above the accommodation and have to give a lot of attention to the garden to maintain it well. As a result, we sometimes missed some privacy, because someone is regularly messing around in the garden while you are at the pool. If you are very concerned about your privacy, I recommend reconsidering this stay. Some of us thought the chat with the host a few times a day was very cozy. Josip was very friendly and super helpful.

I stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very welcome right away! The host is very warm and helpful, everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the information. Very quiet area and ideal for nature lovers! I can also highly recommend taking a tour on the host's boat on the nearby lake. All around a great experience, thank you!

Toralf and Marina are very hospitable and have served us coffee and cake right after the strenuous drive. Very idyllic location. By the pool you could only hear the birds chirping. You have a view of the sea. Every now and then you get a nice visit from the two cats Mia and Lucy, who are happy about petting. Betty the dear dog also greets you when you come back from a trip. The house has everything needed and more. Medulin also has everything you need: grocery stores, a beautiful harbor with good restaurants and a beach. Always happy to come back. Beautiful house, great view, lovely wood stove. Noisy neighbours: Bronsty deer😜. Nature is very close here. What a wonderful place to disconnect from civilization. Incidentally, great internet coverage (KPN). Being able to make beautiful walks from the house. We were able to charge our electric car for free in Skrad! (Elen network) The Ioniq 5 went smoothly across the forest and gravel paths to the house. Definitely recommend if you are looking for peace!
