Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Come and enjoy a month or more at our beautiful lake house. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and complete kitchen amenities for big family dinners. The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; boating on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, golf courses nearby, fishing, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

Ranch Guest House

The Ranch Guest House is a private adobe home positioned on a working ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country. Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. Bring your friends and family and get a taste of the true Texas Hill Country.

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

The Packsaddle

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

Cozy lake cabin private spa . Pool &Kayaks shared

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

Hammock House

The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away, relax, focus and realign. Designed for two away from the busyness of life. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Come enjoy the enchanting sunsets (and sunrises for you early birds!) that this welcoming property has to offer. This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
