Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Budva

Very well located in a calm area. Close to the beach and a supermarket. Savo is very responsive to all questions we had. We had a really nice stay. Thank you!

Our Stay in Budva was nice. The apartment is very nicely furnished, has 2 air conditioners and is accessible via the staircase on the 4th floor. Ideally located for walking to the old town, the promenade or various shopping facilities. Parking spaces are a matter of luck. A little sea view is also available from the terrace. Would love to come back!

Great value. Spacious, clean, nice view, free parking and convenient location. Miroslav and Aleksandar were very friendly and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The apartment itself is well equipped and next to a busy road. The apartment comes with AC but we were surprised how well it kept the temperature at bay even when it was around 30 degrees outside. We weren't bothered, but traffic produces some noise. Also, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes if you can find the right alleyways. However, when you head back to the apartment, be ready to climb some stairs or take a longer route since the apartment is located on a hillside. Consider renting a car or getting a taxi if walking isn't your piece of cake. A clear 5/5 for me.

Beautiful stay! There are 3 apartments and the owner lives on the ground floor. This is very discreet so if you are lucky and the other two apartments are not rented, you feel that you are alone and also have the pool all to yourself! Really a top stay!

Had an amazing stay in a perfect location in Budva old town. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again!

The room offered was exactly the same as the ones pictured. The fact that the room was on the 9th floor offered a nice city view, the location was in the city center and quite close to Old Town. The only problem was that we had to pay a parking fee of 20 euros per day due to the lack of free parking. We were satisfied with Mr. Atakan's hosting, thank you

Jelena was very responsive to all of our questions and provided helpful information about things to do in the area. The house was just as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Perfect place with a perfect view! We felt very at home here. The location is fantastic and there is a shortcut pathway right next to the apartment that takes you down to the area leading to the beach. Communication was fantastic and we were also able to check in early! Highly recommend.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

First of all, we found the address easily, the location of the house was in a very nice place, the air was very clean, the hosts were very good as husband and wife. They supported me in every matter, they were very helpful, there was no problem with the house, everything was smooth, so I thank them very much. I definitely recommend them to everyone for being such a good host✨✨✨✨✨.

An unforgettable stay, The view from the apartment over Kotor Bay was absolutely stunning and it was a highlight of our trip and even better than we expected. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. The host welcomed us warmly and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

The apartment was as described. We liked the parking spot and that we were surrounded by lots of supermarkets. The hosts were super nice and available for questions. They recommended some beaches and restaurants to us. We had a good time !

This wonderful place is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay as the apartment had everything you could wish for. A grocery store is within 15mins walking distance and the marvelous old town of Kotor along with multiple hiking trails in the neighbouring mountains are within the same distance. Even the airport of Tivat is even within 15mins by car but this place feels like a different place on earth as peaceful and quiet as it is! I wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
