Great location, comfortable, well equipt flat & a great host ! Would stay again.

Great value. Spacious, clean, nice view, free parking and convenient location. Miroslav and Aleksandar were very friendly and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The apartment itself is well equipped and next to a busy road. The apartment comes with AC but we were surprised how well it kept the temperature at bay even when it was around 30 degrees outside. We weren't bothered, but traffic produces some noise. Also, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes if you can find the right alleyways. However, when you head back to the apartment, be ready to climb some stairs or take a longer route since the apartment is located on a hillside. Consider renting a car or getting a taxi if walking isn't your piece of cake. A clear 5/5 for me.

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Boris was a great host, he helped us out with everything we needed and was super flexible with the check out time. The apartment is really cute and he’s everything you need, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Markonun evinde 4 gece konakladık. Öncelikle şunu belirtmeliyim ki ev huzur dolu bir manzaraya sahipti. Ev tertemizdi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve taleplerimiz marko tarafından çok hızlı karşılandı. Kendine özel otopark alanı olması çok güzeldi. Şehir merkezine araçla 10 dk kadar ulaşıma sahipti. Balkonda geçirdiğimiz huzurlu akşamlar pahabiçilemez bir deneyim yaşattı. Bu ev insana bir kere kaldığı zaman tekrar gelme isteği uyandırıyor o derecede harika bir aurası var. Bir daha karadağ ziyareti yaparsak veya arkadaşlarımız gelirse tavsiye edeceğimiz ilk adres burası olacaktır. Hiçbir tereddüt etmeden bu evde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Ev mobilyaları eski ama kesinlikle temiz ve düzenli. Ailece çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Plajlara yürüyerek 15/20 dakika mesafede. Ev sahibi çok kaliteli ve ilgili biri, her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Bir evden beklentinin bir çocuğunu karşılıyor.

Perfect place with a perfect view! We felt very at home here. The location is fantastic and there is a shortcut pathway right next to the apartment that takes you down to the area leading to the beach. Communication was fantastic and we were also able to check in early! Highly recommend.

Biz 4 yetiskin 2 cocuk konakladik.Hem evde hem de evin cevresinde ihtiyaciniz olan her seye ulasmaniz cok kolay. Evin hemen altindaki markette neredeyse her sey var. Yakinlarinda restoranlar var.Ahh Meri ikram ettigin muhtesem kekin tadini hala unutamadik.Suplari kullanmamiza izin verdigin ve nezaketin icin cok tesekkur ederiz sana.Herbirimiz cok mutlu ve cok eglenek ayrildik evinden. Yine o bölgeye gelecek olsak şüphesiz yine tercihimiz sen olursun.

İlk önce adresi kolay bulduk, evin konumu mu çok güzel bir yerde havası çok temiz ev sahipleri Karı koca olarak çok iyilerdi. Her konuda destek oldular çok yardımseverler evle ilgili hiçbir sorun yoktu her şey sorunsuzdu o yüzden kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

The house was extremely clean and cozy, and everything was just as we hoped. We sincerely apologize for forgetting to do the dishes before we left — it was a small oversight on our part. Slavko ile iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı , gittiğimizde bizi eşi Sanija karşıladı , kibar ve tatlı bir bayandı , heryer temizdi , çarşaf takımları yumuşatıcı kokuyordu , evde çamaşır makinesi dahil mutfak ve diğer tüm ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu ,manzarası işte fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi ,balkonda oturup manzarayı izledik eski şehiri gezip balkondan manzarayı izlemek için can attık . Eski şehir yürüyerek 15 dakika ancak çıkış biraz yokuş olduğundan sıkıntı olabilir biz yürüyerek indik ve taksiyle çıktık ancak kotora yine gelsem bu eşsiz manzarada konaklamak isterim

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La description et les photos sont conformes à l'appartement. Ce dernier est très bien placé dans la petite ville de Rijeka (à proximité d'une supérette, des restaurants et de la rivière). Ivana est de très bons conseils pour les restaurants à proximité et est très réactive quand nous avons une question. Elle nous a aussi conseillé de faire une promenade en barque avec son papa au coucher du soleil sur le lac Skadar. Expérience incroyable, que nous vous recommandons vivement ! Vous pouvez réserver votre séjour chez Ivana les yeux fermés.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb and its incredible host. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Fantastic place with great views. Comfy, clean and well furnished. Easy access to the sea and a shop (5 min walk). Kruna was responsive and helpful and her father in law who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
