Husband, myself and 3 kids all loved staying here! First of all, the views are just beautiful. The house is so cute and cozy and set up perfect for a small family. The alpacas, goats and chickens are just so fun. We really enjoyed spending time outside with them. The property is amazing! We loved the yard games and the fresh mountain streams. The little towns near by are so fun to explore as well with great shopping and places to eat. We definitely want to come back again in the near future.

Our stay at the Historic Boho Brothel in Twin Lakes was absolutely unforgettable. The residence was the perfect blend of charm and comfort — spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and full of character that honors the rich history of this incredible town. Twin Lakes itself is a hidden gem that should be on everyone’s bucket list. From the moment we arrived, we felt transported to a simpler, more magical time. The host’s communication was impeccable — friendly, clear, and responsive from start to finish. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Make sure to explore the local shops — Tenderfoot Farms, The General Store, and The Roadhouse just to name a few! Each one adds to the town’s special charm. This is a place we’ll return to time and time again. Can’t recommend it enough!

Our family loved our stay! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The house was bigger than what we expected. Shana and Jason were extremely friendly! We only ran into them briefly during our stay, and completely forgot we were there. Everything is labeled on how to care for the home and it was extremely helpful. The place was clean, relaxing and beautiful.

You can't miss the wonderful view that surrounds this cozy house! Between snowy mountains, sun, rain, a jacuzzi, and a sauna we spent some wonderful, relaxing days. I highly recommend it. It has plenty of space, is clean, and Zachary responds quickly. Very good service!!

This is the ideal spot in BV if you’re with a group, especially dogs and kids! Great walkable access to Main Street and parks. The house was stocked with kid essentials (stool, dishes, pack n play, toys) and the yard was great for our dog. Spacious primary bedroom. Rob was very responsive. Would book again if we’re lucky enough to visit BV another time!

This home was absolutely beautiful & perfect for what we were looking for. We had plans in Colorado Springs but didn’t want to stay in the city. This was a little over an hour out but only 20 mins from another small town for groceries & restaurants. We loved spending each night cooking together in the kitchen and relaxing in the hot-tub looking out at the sunset & stars. They even allowed our fur babies to be with us! So clean, comfortable & peaceful for a weekend getaway.

Comfortable and clean place that fit our needs well. We were in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. We had a great time.

We had a great weekend in Breckenridge at Lee’s place. It was perfect for my wife and I, plus our two dogs. Easy access to a beautiful trail for morning walks, and a 10 minute walk down into Main Street. Lee was very responsive to any messages we sent. And a special shout out to the couch, we loved it so much we ended up buying it for our own home! Would highly recommend and we’d love to come back and stay sometime soon.

Skiers: Your move is to walk north to the end of the cul-de-sac then left to the free ride bus. This will take you to the base of Beaver Run lift. Return bus is either at the same spot or you can ski down to town on the 4 O'Clock skiback (to town - not to gondala) and this puts you right at the bus stop.

Wonderful stay at this cabin. Our boys especially enjoyed taking our dogs for walks around the beautiful property. The hot tub was very clean and worked well. I really appreciated that the property owner had firewood onsite for use in the wood burning stove and in the fire pit. We will definitely be looking to rebook this property again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The views were spectacular. We saw a lot of wildlife. There was so many things to do at the unit with the games and hot tub.

This place was perfect for our family of 3 + dog—LOVED walking to everything along Breck’s Main Street!!!!

We had a great time with our three boys, who we signed up for multiple activities in the lodge. The unit was spacious and comfortable, with easy access to the slopes. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family of four and two dogs had a great stay here. We visited in June but would love to come back in winter. The kids really enjoyed the two pools and hot tubs.

Jodi and Clint were amazing hosts and their cozy cabin was the perfect location for our little micro-wedding. It was gorgeous, and quiet, with the porch full of hummingbirds each evening. Jodi and Clint went above and beyond as hosts, helping out each step of the way and answering any question I had before and during our stay. They made our day perfect.

Beautiful home! Very peaceful with awesome views and just a short drive into town. If you're looking for a place to relax, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and spend time with friends or family, this is it!

Wow, Ken’s place is a treasure! It is so beautiful and peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay here and are already planning when we want to go back. We didn’t have hot water when we got there, but Ken quickly responded and sent over easy instructions for getting the pilot light turned back on. The manual provided by Ken had everything we needed to know plus great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend!!

This was the second time I've stayed at this property in the last few weeks. The location is quaint, the cabins are clean and my pup can stay! I sleep SO WELL every time I visit; the pillows are heavenly. A+ stay, thanks for having me!

If you want privacy and amazing view the second you walk out of the cabin, consider booking cabin 10! It was facing the opposite direction from other cabins and it was directly facing the mountains , also giving you a feeling of seclusion and intimacy. I wish cabin had its own restroom so you don’t have to use the shared ones , BUT , I have to admit , that restrooms are the cleanest one I’ve ever came across when camping. Also their recreation area is great for a game of pool , darts, it has huge TV , fireplace , microwaves , and everything you need to reheat your leftovers. They also have a small store right where the office is and to my surprise it’s fairly priced compared to other places I stayed at . We loved BV overlook and would definitely go back there in the future . Close to town , restaurants and other cool things that you should explore while there !
