The Sun Mountain Cottage was so cozy, convenient and cute! This is a great location if you’re wanting a mountain view and visiting Garden of The Gods and Pikes Peak. With the chilly nights we got to relax in the hot tub after a day of adventuring, which was the perfect way to vacay! Beth was very responsive and her place was perfect for us:)

Loved our last minute stay at Sherri’s! Walked to dinner and breakfast. Hot tub in the evenings, was the perfect reset we needed! Thank you!!!

I enjoyed staying at The Cottage. It was quaint and had everything you would need for a stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and WiFi was reliable (I was with someone who had to be online everyday). We didn't use the hot tub or grill, but they looked nice. The remote location was a surprise given that it's a 5 minute drive from Manitou. There were other guests in the main cabin but they were friendly when we saw them out walking. We did see a bear trying to get into the dumpster but he was just looking for a snack and didn't pay us any attention. I will recommend this spot to others and would stay again. My only wish for The Cottage was a small fenced in area for the dog on a portion of the patio. Would have been nice for her to enjoy some of that fresh mountain air without having to be on leash the whole time.

Love staying here, and each time it is a great experience. The hot tub is sparkling clean and simply a lovely way to unwind anytime. Inside will not disappointment… comfy and spacious, relaxed and easy. It’s a perfect place to stay solo or share with family and friends. Easy to just hang out, cook a meal or watch the stars through the skylights in the sleeping loft. Rachael and Zach are the kind of people that make you feel welcome and exude a genuine hospitality towards guests and care for their Loft. I appreciate that!!

There’s a reason why Jay & Regina have such high ratings. Actually, many reasons! The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking tool imaginable. I’m talking Kitchen Aid, blender, two coffee makers, tea kettle and more. They have ALL the basic condiments. Almost every spice imaginable etc. The beds were super comfortable. And thoughtful- extra blankets, easy-to-access outlets and well appointed. There is a workspace in the front of the house with a monitor and lots of space. The first floor bedroom also had a desk. The outdoor space is a small slice of heaven. From the landscaping to the eating area and fire pit. And of course the hot tub. There’s even a propane grill. The location is very close to grocery stores, Walmart, Starbucks etc. It was a little of 20 minutes to CU Boulder. And they are lovely people- very response and right next door. Highly recommend- you won’t regret it!

Jennifer and Gio made check in very easy and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. They were very friendly and responsive. The accommodations are comfortable and as described, and there is plenty of space to hang outside if you feel like it. Will definitely stay again if I make my way back to Denver.

One of the best stocked places I’ve stayed! All the necessary kitchen supplies as well as cleaning. Lots of games and stuff to do, and the place is taken care of very nicely!

Perfect little cottage very close to Main Street.

Had a wonderful stay at Krista’s cottage. It was me, my hubs and 2 toddlers. FYI, the ground is uneven in some parts of the house so that was silly but it worked great for us. My doggo was supposed to join but she passed a week before. It had a great backyard that I know she would’ve loved. The location is PRIME. We only used the car to get to the hot springs. Perfect place and will stay here again! Thank you Krista.

Perfect place to stay! Very close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Denver, beautiful backyard for coffee every morning, huge washer and dryer, and very clean. Lots of space for family and dogs. Host was proactive and friendly. Very preferable to staying in a suburban or city setting. Excited to stay here again for future Denver trips!

The house was perfect for what we needed it for. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Love the location and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

We’ve stayed here numerous times and intend to do so again in the future. The home meets/exceeds our needs; especially since we bring our dog. We LOVE the location (so close to Garden of the Gods and there is a grocery store nearby)! We have had no issues walking the neighborhood with our dog; even after dark. We enjoy seeing all the deer. The morning of our checkout, we were locked out (glitch with the lock) and Sophie responded as soon as possible to save the day! Thank you!

This place had everything that I look for when traveling! It is unique and full of character but at the same time extremely clean and easy to feel at home. Also, it is in a really cool neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for someone who doesn’t plan on spending too much time at the Airbnb. I would recommend for a couple or a single person traveling. Was clean and comforting! You can walk to the strip of old downtown co springs in 5 minutes, which was super nice. Easy drives to downtown and the mountains. The only thing was there was a decent amount of homeless people in the area near the Airbnb. No one gave us any trouble though at any time during our stay.

This was a great little cottage that has much more room than youd expect. The location was convenient and the fact that the cottage is tucked away behind the main house makes it feel more secure. If you are driving a large truck, dualy, or full size van, you may have to park on the street. We had a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and the driveway is a little tight backing out. Nothing going slow and steady couldnt help. The interior is clean and comes with two bathrooms, and full size kitchen appliances. I would absolutely stay here again.

Maggie’s place was perfect for what we needed! The place was small, as described, but had everything you could need in a stay away from home. Checking in/out was flawless. Highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy all that Colorado Springs has to offer. The location was perfect being close to so many attractions and restaurants.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here while visiting family. It’s like a home away from home!

Absolutely beautiful, our family came for our daughter’s senior trip. She chose the mountains and to go to YellowStone so on our way we booked this beautiful cottage to rest for a day and stay the night and continue on our journey. When we arrived and came across the bridge the deer met us “lots of them” so beautiful. Then as we continued to the cottage and parked we were met by Molly and a cat who climbed in the trunk like it was going with us lol. The place was beautiful, beds comfortable and everything was easily accessible. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place to enjoy nature this is a place to be. Beautiful, peaceful, great views.

PERFECT LOCATION!! We stopped here to explore Manitou and to do the Manitou Incline. The Love Shack is perfectly situated between the two. We were able to walk to the incline (and not worry about parking) and then just as easily walk downtown to the main drag and restaurants. Set back a little from the street this hidden gem is the perfect peaceful getaway surrounded with numerous things to do and experience. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This Airbnb is in an awesome spot - couldn’t be better! It was surprisingly quiet for being downtown. We loved being able to walk to all the best places in downtown Boulder. 🤩 The AC worked quickly and the TV gave us a little entertainment at the end of a full day. Thanks so much! We’d definitely come again!

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The attention to detail made it feel both cozy and upscale, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful touches around the space. The Jessi and Karl were incredibly responsive and kind, offering great recommendations and making check in seamless. The location was perfect close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
