The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

A winegrower's cottage furnished with love in the wine village of Altschweier, ideal for romantic breaks. Located directly on the Ortenau Wine Trail, with many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Black Forest National Park is only 20 minutes away. The cottage is equipped with high-quality furnishings, in winter the pellet stove burns with a cozy flame, A seat on the winery property invites you to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

la proximité de Strasbourg et de l'Allemagne dans un cadre de verdure et de tranquillité est un atout majeur pour ce studio tout équipé pour 2 personnes ( ou de deux personnes plus un bébé de moins de 2 ans) Le studio comporte une chambre avec lit double , ( un lit pour bébé)en été vous disposez d'une table et de chaises dans le jardin, ainsi que de transats. Les draps, les torchons et le linge de toilette sont fournis. les frais de ménage ne sont pas déductibles.
