Holiday rentals with a pool in Buići

There was a small misunderstanding regarding the number of guests we had, otherwise everything was great. The place was clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything you need. Outside area was also great. Would stay there again :)

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Super great 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen! Alba (the mother) lives there alone. A super nice lady, always helpful and always there when you need something! But it also leaves you enough peace! We were alone with Alba and thus had the pool to ourselves! Really great! We were there by car and explored everything ourselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Really great!

The stay was terrific. Very quiet, nice location. Sonja was very helpful and we could ask anything. Wonderful to be able to explore the area and be in the tranquility on site with Sonja. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

Super nice stay! Our dog Ash enjoyed the stay to be able to run freely and then cool off in a well-cooled apartment. We needed to supplement with small things in the kitchen and Maja fixed us quickly. The car quickly took us to grocery stores, beach and restaurants. Quiet area, nice home, fantastic hosts. We would be happy to book this place again 😍

Tamara's accommodation was superbly located. There was everything you needed. The garden with the pool was wonderful for relaxing.

Accommodation as described, host always smiling, always willing to help, great pool, cleaned daily. Nearby is a large store. A town with numerous cafes, just camping, pebble and concrete beaches around. a great base for nearby larger towns. Overall, I recommend 100%.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

A nice big house. Everything you need is available. Shopping facilities can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Highly recommended!

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area seemed very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. This villa is absolutely beautiful. It is even more impressive than the pictures. Everything was impeccably clean. It’s super spacious and lovely environment to spend time in beautiful Croatia. The location is mixed, there isn’t much close to the Vila and sadly you can’t walk to anything but you can reach many amazing spots in 30-40 minutes driving.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼
